Working on 13k prerolls, weighed, packaged and finished. Only the Flexpak 551 Max machine can achieve this amount and can do even more depending on how you package your rolls.
For example, if you were to dump the prerolls into a tote instead of nice and neatly packaging them up (which is what we are doing here) which takes up a tremendous amount of time, we estimate up to 20k per day can be achieved!

We’ve received a lot of dm’s lately about our machines. Our 551 machines are for sale and ready to ship anywhere in the US. Also, ask us about our pre roll services and consulting if you are new to manufacturing!
With only 1 cone plate and 4 ppl we were able to make 13,300 1g prerolls starting from Tuesday at 1030am to Thursday at 2pm. This included the grinding, sifting, and sorting! About 30 pounds worth or 9.5 (1,400 count) boxes of Raw King size cones. Having extra cone plates would have sped us up tremendously as we were having to wait on my slow butt to transfer and load cones which was time consuming...
Flexpak 551 pre-roll machine! So many features to list. You can mass produce by swapping out extra/unused cone plates, as simple as lifting the plate out and lowering the new one in with the detachable handles. Meter your product in the cones by using the cone plate adjustments on the sides of the machine. No extra metering plates needed and is overall more accurate over different strains than other brands. Metering our way goes off of weight and not by volume like others do when they use an additional plate. Make different sizes of pre-rolls by purchasing the correct size plate, for instance a 98mm cone plate or a 109mm cone plate.
No-Tools Cleaning is as simple as disconnecting the vibration plate (easy unscrew connect) and lifting out. Take the springs out from the rails and the cone plate out and the entire inside of the machine is open for cleaning! Use a can of air or grab a small air compressor for quick cleaning between strains/jobs. This also means zero loss of product.
