H. Brad Stover for Strasburg Town Council
This page is to connect with the voters and residents of Strasburg, VA.
I was just sitting here reflecting on this weekend!!! I would like to thank everyone for the outpouring of support I have received so far in regards to me running for Strasburg Town Council. It is so appreciated!!!!
My wife Leslie Meyers Stover and daughter Madelynn.
Hello my name is H. Brad Stover and I am running for Strasburg Town Council. I am a life-long resident of Strasburg, in fact I am the six times great-grandson of Peter Stover who gets credit for founding Strasburg. My mother and I run an insurance business in Town and my 13 year old daughter attends Signal K**b Middle School. I am as active in the community as I can be, and in the past I was a member of Strasburg Fire Department and was their secretary. I attend Emmanuel Church at Fishers Hill where I’ve served as treasurer for 21 years.
I honestly thought I would never do anything like this, but after considerable prodding from my wife Leslie and daughter Madelynn I have decided to run. As someone who has seen the Town change a lot from his childhood, my aim is to make the decisions that best serve our Town.
I have cerebral palsy that mostly affects my legs, so I am unable to get out and meet as many of you as I would like. I appreciate your support and would ask that you help spread the news of my candidacy. Thanks!
