Construction Project Manager/Superintendent

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager/Superintendent located in Covington, LA. The Construction Project Manager/Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation. This role will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with local regulations and safety standards. The Construction Project Manager/Superintendent will also communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful project outcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field or equivalent work history in industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
• Experience in commercial and residential construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team and multi-task on various projects
• Certification in project management and/or construction management is a plus
• Experience with LEED and sustainable construction practices is a plus
