Earlier this week, I showed a property to a client of mine who wants to buy some pistachio ground. So we got some info on the well and pump, in the end, we decided that the condition of the well AND pump was too risky to make an offer.
Does your realtor know how to read a pump test? Right down to every line item? Determine if the well has had any significant repairs? How fast the well is bringing in water?
