We are excited to welcome Mariam Hinostroza to the SINGH family!

Mariam has joined our Roadway Electrical department as an Electrical Engineer in SINGH's Chicago Headquarters. She has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from ESPOL University in Ecuador.

In her spare time, Mariam enjoys going to the gym, hiking, and baking sugar-free desserts. She is passionate about traveling around the world and has visited twenty countries. Just before joining SINGH, she traveled across South America. Mariam looks forward to supporting and collaborating on different projects with her colleagues.

As we celebrate Juneteenth, let us recognize the progress that has been made, but also acknowledge the work that still needs to be done. Let us honor the spirit of resilience and perseverance that has brought us this far.

What a weekend!

This past Saturday, we had an absolute blast at our company picnic! From the delicious BBQ to the sun-soaked activities, it was a day to remember!

A HUGE thank you to all our amazing employees and partners who joined us. Your energy and enthusiasm made it unforgettable! Special shoutout to all the dads out there, and an extra special one to those who brought their dads along to celebrate Father's Day with us!

We couldn't have asked for a better way to kick off the summer!

SINGH is excited to introduce our interns for the summer of 2024. Because of our great relationship and strong commitment to the Engineering profession, we have two returning interns and two new interns.

Oumou Toure (far left) joined SINGH as an Electrical Engineering Intern. She attends Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) and will soon graduate in July.

Mackenzie Hayes (middle left) is one of our returning and Ohm Patel (middle right) are Mechanical Engineering interns. Mackenzie is currently enrolled at Purdue Northwest University and will be starting her senior year in the fall, while Ohm is currently attending University of Illinois Urbana-Champagne and will be starting his junior year respectively.

Jack Farrar (far right) joined SINGH last summer as a Mechanical intern. Last fall he switched his engineering focus from Mechanical to Civil. This Summer, he returned as a Civil Transportation Engineering intern. He is currently enrolled at Iowa State University, and he plans to graduate in Fall 2025.

We are excited to welcome Sameer Agrawal to the SINGH family!

Sameer is joining our Transportation department as a Civil Engineer in SINGH’s Chicago Headquarters. He has his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

In his spare time, Sameer enjoys all things DIY including car repair and home improvement projects. He also enjoys train travel, and he always tries out the local trains/public transit when visiting a new city. In the future, Sameer looks forward to developing my skills as a Traffic Signal and Transportation Engineer.

We are excited to welcome Huu Ly to the SINGH family!

Huu is joining our Transportation department as a Civil Engineer in SINGH’s Chicago Headquarters. He has his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University.

In his spare time, Huu enjoys hiking, trail running, going to the movies, and exploring different foods and restaurants. Fun fact about Huu is that he used to be a DJ in college, but he does not have a DJ name. He looks forward to working with such a diverse and talented group of people and the happy hours!.

Magdalena is joining our Transportation department as a Civil Engineer in SINGH’s Chicago Headquarters. She has her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Gdansk University of Technology in Poland. In her spare time Magdalena enjoys biking, rollerblading, and spending quality moments with her family. She looks forward to meeting new fellow engineers, collaborate on exciting projects and gain new experiences while at SINGH.

Chris joined us as the Marketing Manager. His background includes a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Visual Communications from IADT Chicago. In his free time, Chris enjoys gaming on his PS5, traveling the world, and trying new wines.

He looks forward to finetuning the SINGH brand and propelling us to being a leading authority of the industry.

SINGH’s Second Annual Baseball outing was a blast!!

Last Saturday, SINGH gathered to attend the Cub’s game at Wrigley Field. The weather was perfect, the food was endless, and we were able to get a snippet of the Air & Water show in between innings. Thanks to our Fun Committee for planning this great outing and we can’t wait to see what they have planned for next year.
