🦊 On the set of “Watching” in Long Island, NY! Sooo many memories of 🦊Long Island - it always stirs me to be there. Being surrounded by salt water and always having a gentle breeze lays the foundation for great energetic exchange - more positive energetic exchange than in other places as the salt water acts as a protectant against negative energy.

Playing “George” brought me back to when I was working in the corporate world at a Fortune 500 company dreaming of becoming a world-class businessman - after chasing my dream to the NFL Hall of Fame ended when I failed to make the Dallas Cowboy roster.

This was before I dreamed to make a positive impact in the lives of as many others as possible and became a High School Teacher and had a major WIN when the 2023 Senior Class dedicated the yearbook to me ❤️ (love ya’ll and sincerely miss you)!

And it was before today, when I have new and extraordinary dreams that I have learned to keep the details of to myself; and, to pull as I climb, share what I have learned, and to blaze a trail for others.

I say this to encourage you to dream with intent, to dream with passion, to dream with action, and to dream big. It does not matter IF your dream is your final destination because as you can see from my account, you may need to dream a certain dream to get you to a certain vibrational point which will then allow you the perspective shift needed to clearly see you next dream - and this all work towards your growth along your journey.

The message is to dream and chase from an aligned and present perspective. When you do this - the dream is so clear - its manifestation is but a matter of time - and the cost - any cost - is incurred with a positive spirit, reflective mind, and renewed vigor.

Do not try and avoid the cost! Welcome the cost as it is a steeling process and will purge you of impurities. What are impurities? The thoughts/relationships/habits/people/feelings that fall away during the forging process as the energy was tainted/impure and does not serve your higher self therefore misaligned. This is not a loss: you are lighter, reduced your energetic load, have illuminated countless areas once dark, and can now reflect, realign, AND SOAR!!!

Do not fear failure. Failure is not the problem - failing to dream is the problem. Without dreams, we are just existing and likely from a deficit mindset that impedes abundance and contemporaneously… the manifestation of our dreams.

So dream big. Dream like you’ve never dream and attach your emotions to those dreams as wolves imprint on their young AND JUMP down that rabbit hole no net or parachute… just…go… FULL SAUCE!!!

If you are not failing you are not trying ANYTHING NEW, if you are not trying anything new you are not living your most abundant life. Failure is part of it and failure is not a fail if you are better for it - if you learn from it…

Fear - Phobos - that is part of it too… that creeping feeling in your stomach trying to work its way into your heart. We all feel it; I feel it. However, what I fear more is waking up exactly where I am knowing exactly what I know unable to admit to myself that what really held me back… was that I was too scared to show up for myself and give it every facet of my being - no……. We ain’t doin that. Fear is part of it - JUMP ANYWAY -

THANK YOU FOXERS! This does not happen without you! Thank YOU Hillary Hawkins for giving me my first acting job, and thank you for “Actors Anonymous Hotline” for putting me on the map. So much positivity, opportunity, and laughter has come from this and I am immensely proud of our work.

AND…. I just completed filming season 1 with “CJ’s Grill” premiering within the next few weeks… and… was asked back for season 2 (pics below)! No exaggeration, this may be the funniest role I have ever filmed and I cannot wait to share it!

Finally, California…. I hear you calling, I have always heard….. You have my answer…

Almost a year and a half ago, I began my dancing journey and starting learning Bachata and Salsa. At first, I was not serious about the craft and simply had an amazing amount of fun (which has NEVER stopped). However, one night while taking a break from dancing I had a conversation with one that told me that he saw the potential I had to become a skilled Latin Dancer (***Not on sum he thought I could make Latin my primary race type s**t thereby making me a Latin Dancer…but that I could stay my primary race and learn Latin dancing…He was on that Bachata/Salsa vibe you feel me***)

This conversation was the spark that led to the decision to dedicate myself to learning Bachata and Salsa. I went from not knowing Latin Dances to dancing at least twice a week; and, some weeks 5! I simply fell in love with Bachata and have never came back.

For this conversation that opened the door for unimaginable positivity, countless “moments”, life altering connections, and the unlocking of my Bachata hips, I thank McCoy Jamison III.

As Thursday night approaches, out of all the places I could be, I know you will find my ASS at NEW CITY BREWERY DRESSED TO IMPRESS (theme) to celebrate McCoy and thank him for his contribution and commitment to the dance community and for creating a space that is ALWAYS 🔥 - ALWAYS fun - Bachata Thursdays. 🦊🦊🦊 In my role of Jorge in “Wood-Shop” I was an alcoholic, abusive father who goes through monumental change which required that Jorge (I) get shaken to his core - and that I exactly what I did - brought myself to my emotional brink and shook myself to my core.

This role was one that taught me the reality of what I had been feeling while bringing certain characters to life. As I bring these characters to life, I see that I am not embodying the role, but channeling and amplifying certain aspects of my being, some known and familiar; and, some others deeply unfamiliar and unknown - but - it is all me - WE ALL have the full spectrum of all energy within us- the good and the bad - it is all part of the same thing.

In channeling these aspects of self, I am manifesting a unique energetic combination that equates to a new ‘person’… a character. I have realized that in this manifestation, it does actually change my baseline of who I am, my chemistry. It does so in a major way while on the set; which I was prepared for; however, this change lingers. At times, it has taken over a week if not two before I felt 100% ME again.

Is there is no way to channel a potent energetic manifestion of a physical being without taking some of that in, without becoming in part - that energy? If so, I do not know it… If there is, do I want to know it if this ability to manifest and be present is essential to my practice? I wonder if others deal with this and if so, I wonder how they navigate it. Questions, questions, questions……

Today was the first day since filming Wood-Shop that I feel like I am back to my baseline me again. Thank you to those who have been patient as I learn how to navigate this process while I disappear and reappear. This journey is amazing and I could not be more grateful!

Thank you to everyone that worked on “Wood-Shop.” This was a moment of spiritual growth, positivity, and total good vibez that I will always remember and cherish. The positivity and laughter on this set may have been the most I have experienced - Thank you!
