Monday Motivation- You have to remember the tongue is power. Speak negatively you will receive negative energy. Speak positively and you will receive positive energy. It’s time for us to heal and do things we never imagined and bet all odds! Cut all negative energy out your life rather that’s people or bad habits! For myself my year of twenty-six is my year of the butterfly!

So this morning I decided to go back to the gym after not going since January! Something about watching the money being taken out my account and not going was real foolish of me🤣. It all starts with the mind. I’m in my healing season. I’m healing my mind & body while cleansing my soul ✨🧘🏽♀️. This was my first time ever going to the gym alone and it was honestly so soothing.
