Now I know some folks are all over this. And I think that’s great. This guy has figured out how to tap into the newer generation of people who want to live their lives with a sense of freedom and empowerment. And that’s awesome! Seriously he used Russel Brunsons playbook on webinars and then did it better than the man himself 😂

I don’t usually do it, but I gotta speak out against it. Y’all getting too corny right now. It’s like me saying I’m a flipper because I assigned a flip to someone else.

1️⃣ - Buying an already seller finance or sub2 deal does NOT make you an expert in creative financing. Someone else did the work. You just brought the 💰

2️⃣ - Buying one property with some form of creative financing also does NOT make you an expert in the space. That’s one transaction. Unless you’ve been sued, you haven’t done anything 😂😂

3️⃣ - If you want to work with someone who really does this, hit me one time. I will jump on the phone with the agent/seller and help work the deal with you..for a few of course. But at least you’ll get to close a deal from the start.
