High protein breakfast is not only great post workout but it keeps you full, helps with muscle recovery as well as helps control those cravings!
What’s on your plate for breakfast?
Are you tired of experiencing energy crashes after meals?
Whole foods can help you maintain steady energy levels without the highs and lows associated with processed foods and sugary snacks. Here’s how:
🍌 Slow-Release Carbohydrates: Whole foods like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables contain complex carbohydrates that break down slowly, providing a steady release of energy.
Unlike simple sugars, which cause rapid spikes and drops in blood sugar levels, these slow-release carbs keep you energized for longer.
🥜 Healthy Fats: Nuts, seeds, avocados, and olive oil are excellent sources of healthy fats, which are a long-lasting source of energy.
They help stabilize blood sugar levels and keep you feeling full and energized.
🥦 Protein Power: Whole foods rich in protein, such as beans, lentils, lean meats, and fish, support muscle repair and growth, providing lasting energy. Protein also helps slow down the absorption of carbohydrates, leading to more stable energy levels.
🍓 Hydration: Fruits and vegetables with high water content, like cucumbers, watermelon, and oranges, help keep you hydrated.
Proper hydration is crucial for maintaining energy levels and overall vitality.
🌰 Nutrient-Rich: Whole foods are packed with essential vitamins and minerals that play a key role in energy production and overall health. For example, B vitamins found in whole grains and leafy greens are vital for converting food into energy.
Try starting your day with a protein packed breakfast so that you’re not only full, but it will also help curb cravings and energy crashes.
Day 3 of Whole Foods Series and it’s all about supporting your digestive health! 🌱
One of the incredible benefits of whole foods is their ability to improve digestion.
Whole foods are packed with dietary fiber, essential for a healthy digestive system. Here’s how whole foods can enhance your digestion:
🥕 High in Fiber: Whole foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes are rich in both soluble and insoluble fiber.
Soluble fiber absorbs water and forms a gel-like substance, helping to slow digestion and keep you feeling full.
Insoluble fiber adds bulk to stool and helps food pass more quickly through the stomach and intestines.
🍎 Regulate Bowel Movements
🥑 Healthy Gut Flora: Whole foods provide prebiotics, which are types of fiber that feed the beneficial bacteria in your gut. A healthy gut microbiome is essential for good digestion and overall health.
🥗 Reduced Inflammation: whole foods can reduce inflammation in the gut, which can help prevent digestive disorders like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease.
🍌 Improved Nutrient Absorption: Whole foods support a healthy digestive tract, which can enhance the absorption of nutrients from the food you eat.
Consider incorporating these high-fiber whole foods into your diet:
🌾 Whole grains like oats, quinoa, & brown rice
🥦 Vegetables like broccoli, carrots, & leafy greens
🍓 Fruits like berries, apples, & bananas
🥜 Nuts and seeds like almonds, chia seeds, & flaxseeds
🍠 Legumes like beans, lentils, & chickpeas
When considering your gut health, we have everything we need already given to us in our natural foods.

Do you suffer from migraines, or know anyone that does?
I know when l’m about to get one, my vision is the first signal that something isn’t right.
I’ve tried a few things, but…
Have you ever tried soaking your feet in hot water? (As hot as you can tolerate)
It increases your blood vessels allowing more blood flow, which can ease pain and tension.
Have you ever caught yourself daydreaming about having an extra stream of income and what you could do with that extra money?
But the moment you have to actually do the work, you just get back to your old habits and patterns and barely make any progress to make that daydream a reality...
You daydream about taking a vacation without stressing about making sure you still have enough for your bills.
You think about checking your bank account and seeing the extra income that was generated in your sleep. And all that daydreaming leaves you smiling and feeling good.
You know what happens when we’re feeling good?
We don’t change what we’re doing. We get into a rut. And we keep daydreaming about a future that’s never going to happen.
That’s a scary thought, isn’t it?
Just imagine for a moment how you’d feel if you don’t do anything to generate any extra income, and you’re still in the same situation that you were a year ago.
It’s pretty awful, right?
You’d feel unaccomplished or frustrated that your circumstances are still the same.
Now here’s the good news…
It doesn’t have to be that way.
Sure, if you keep doing what you’re doing, then you’re going to keep getting the same result.
But what if I could show you exactly how to:
- Generate extra income and show you how to implement systems to help you succeed.
- Stop daydreaming about what your life COULD be and actually make it a reality?
- The bullet-proof way to NOT fall back into old habits and patterns, through coaching and systems that are set up for you to succeed.

Comment “income” and I’ll show you how to get started.
Would you like to learn how to build a healthy relationship with food, not stress about what you’re going to eat, enjoy various foods without a guilty conscience and drop a few pounds in the process?
Sounds a little too good to be true, right?
After all, you’ve probably been trying to drop a few pounds for quite a while now. But it seems like every time you see some results, you gain it back again and you end up back at square one.
It’s frustrating, isn’t it!?
I know exactly how it feels because I’ve been there myself…
That’s why I decided to create my 5 steps to optimal health, which includes a suggested mini reboot menu that helps get you started.
Inside you will discover:
- How simple it is to obtain a healthy lifestyle without having to sacrifice so much or do some ridiculous restrictive eating. (it took me years to fully understand that you can’t just cut out certain food groups and then have my “dream body…)
- A sample meal idea for the day to help take the headache out of planning what to eat and finally start focusing on other aspects of your holistic health. (once you get this, the entire process will be SO much easier)
- The one thing I would do if I had to start all over again and get to complete balance of my life, is actually focus on food last. (sounds odd I know…)
If that is something that would benefit you on your healthy lifestyle journey, comment “health” and I’ll message you.
Over the past few years, I have seen and a lot of chronic dieters who were trying to lose weight or at least gain some type of balance with their health, whether it was for some type of event, like a wedding, a vacation or even because summer was coming.
But 9 times out of 10, they were failing.
Chances are you are even one of them… I know I was…
You read everything you can get your hands on about how to lose weight fast. You jump on the next, hot fad diet. You even buy a bunch of pills that promise to melt the pain away.
But it just doesn’t happen for you.
Sure, sometimes you lose weight, you could even lose a substantial amount of weight.
It’s just enough to give you hope. But it doesn’t last. And pretty soon you’re frustrated because it seems like you just can’t sustain what you’ve accomplished.
Listen, it’s not your fault.
Here’s the problem…
Not every person can follow the same diet and get amazing results. We are each our own person and bio-individuality is not considered. You start a diet with the mindset to reach a finish line, but once, or if you get there, real life kicks in, and you haven’t learned to sustain an actual healthy lifestyle. You were just taught how to lose weight in a fast timeline.
It’s no wonder you can’t sustain results once the diet is over, you never learned how to implement healthy habits and build a healthy relationship with food.
But what if I could show you a how you can do just that, without being extremely restrictive in your food choices and actually learn how to sustain a healthy relationship with food, which in turn would help control your weight. Would you be interested in finding out more?

Until the end of January!
I started the Daniel Fast last week and my goal is to grow closer to God.
I’ve done this fast numerous times and each time I always got hung up on the food portion, not remembering the real reason I started.
To continually grow and nurture my relationship with God.
When I prep for a few days in advance it takes the mind off the food aspect and keeps me grounded on the reason I started.
I want way less of me, and more of Him.
Have you done or are you doing the Daniel Fast?
I’ve been traveling and have been on minimal sleep 😫
However, these eye masks have been coming in clutch!
Great for my puffiness and bags under the eye. So I’ve been unpacking my luggage bag and the bags under my eyes 😅
