In 2018 I hit a rock bottom moment with my health that sent my finances spiraling downward. I was working long hours at a job I hated, fighting through severe health issues with a smile so that I could stand at a desk all day taking care of people while ignoring my own needs.

I wasn’t earning enough to cover my living and medical expenses, and I lost my home. Even worse, I had to experience the awful feeling of putting my children through it right along with me.

“How do I design an abundant life?” By the end of 2018 I decided it was time for a shift. I set my mind to creating a new and financially stable reality so that I could enjoy life in the way I came to live it, and show my daughters that a better way was possible. Even though everyone is different, there are some core activities and principles we can all follow to take care of our health, comfort, and wealth.

By applying them, I was able to quit my job, double my income, and restore my good credit within two years. This nurturing and therapeutic weekend combines restorative and alignment focused yoga classes with financial self-mastery tools to help you make the shifts you need to elevate your life too.

The priority during this retreat is to facilitate sacred space to help cultivate a mindful connection to your finances and how they impact your life. In addition to yoga classes and abundance block release work, we will enjoy guided meditations, facilitated group conversations, journaling, and financial repair work including credit repair, investing, and creating real passive income streams.
