We are looking for someone with experience to develop our in-house program for identifying and buying and selling undervalued property in the Central Texas Area. The qualified candidate will have 2 years or more experience in the wholesaling arena and be independent and self starting. Successful candidate must be able to implement programs that identify these properties and successfully get them under contract. Multilingual is a plus. Budget is available to develop strong program. Base salary based on work history and experience add generous commission and other benefits.
