After taking this big old Ash tree down I got to see Matt from Heartland Timber, LLC do his thing and load up the logs for milling. If you’re looking to have some wood turned into slabs or lumber give him a call.

With irrigation/ landscaping below and a home on either side, this hackberry tree needed to be taken down in a controlled manner in order to avoid any damage to this beautiful property.

While the tree was healthy, it had outgrown its spot and will be replaced with a tree that better suits the location. Give us a call for your tree trimming and removal needs.

Another tree down that was compromised at the base. This time it was a Northern Catalpa which can be recognized by its large heart shaped leaves and long green bean looking seed pods. Unfortunately the trunk had a large cavity and it was time for this one to come down

After the Emerald Ash Borer kills a tree, often times it becomes a perfect environment for carpenter ants to move in and make a nest. Having done pest control for 9+ years this was one of the largest nests I’ve found. Thankfully we were able to get this tree down safely without any damage to the home or property.
