It’s that time of year again! Fallllll!! This is a 3 layer pumpkin spice cake(made with a can of pumpkin puree so it’s extra moist) filled with another fall favorite, Pecan pie filling with lots of caramel flavor, and frosted with a biscoff (cookie butter) buttercream as well as biscoff soft ganache drip! It’s Fall in one bite and oh so rich!

This is a 3 layer triple chocolate fudge cake. In between the layers is a soft chocolate ganache with a layer of Oreos and topped with a white chocolate whipped cream. The whole cake is decorated and frosted with a vanilla buttercream!

Fingers crossed I get the cake and cookie cake done today, before the adrenal fatigue causes a crash. So grateful to be well enough to get the opportunity to bake for my favorite girl 🩵🩷♥️

Get ready for a side-splitting baking session! I'm whipping up cinnamon rolls with a twist - adapting starter and alleviating yeast, because sour dough starter is the healthier way to go! I'm still experimenting with different fillings, sugars, flours (yes, it matters!), and simple syrups. And let's not forget the honey syrup that gave these rolls the perfect finishing touch!

Made this flakey all butter crust, with a rich chocolate custard(using fresh farm eggs, high quality chocolate, half and half,butter and topped it with a French vanilla Heavy cream, for extra richness!

Graduation time! This cake is a two layer 13x18 and should feed 60 people. It’s hard to tell in the photos but the design on top is 2024. It is half chocolate and half vanilla with French vanilla pastry cream between the layers of vanilla, and French chocolate pastry cream between the chocolate layers, all iced in an American buttercream. The macarons are vanilla with chocolate pastry cream centers. Congratulations to all the graduates!🎓

Bento boxes!! Great for any occasion. I created a few for Easter. The box contains a two layer 5” cake, with 2 jumbo cupcakes. This one was a strawberry cake, with strawberry filling in both the cake and cupcakes. These serve between 6-8 depending on how many slices you do for the cake. I’ll be doing some for Mother’s Day soon! Flavors available right now, white wedding, chocolate, strawberry, and funfetti. I’ll be adding more flavors if these are a go! These would also be a nice congratulations, birthday, or just because for a special person. The box with 3 desserts is $35🩷

This is a three layer soft white wedding flavored cake, with just the right touch of almond and vanilla. It’s frosted with a pillowy Swiss meringue buttercream. I completely forgot to post the pumpkin cake! Each pumpkin layer had a ginger snap crust and then it was filled with a pecan pie filling and a generous amount of cinnamon cream cheese frosting! Beautiful fall bday cake!
