Tigerette Booster Club

The girls have been busy these past few days. Check out all that they have accomplished in three days. We are so proud of you girls and can not wait to see what yall bring to the field this year. Look out silsbee our girls are bringing the fire this year.

Hey guys just wanted to let anyone know the blankets have come in. We will be dividing them up and give to the people that you purchased from. We had alot of orders so bare with us on getting them divided up and passed out especially with the holidays. We want to thank everyone for your purchase.

Thanks to all that showed up tonight for our TBC Board meeting to get our ‘24-‘25 campaign underway.

Happy Father's Day to all the dad's out there, especially our dance dad's.
Just a reminder we will have our meeting tomorrow at 6:30 @ tiger hut. It will be closed but we do have access to it. We will provide pizza and drinks to snack on. This is a very important meeting, we will have board elections and fundraiser talk. Please attend so we can start our year off for the girls.
Please comment on here if you are able to attend so we know how much food to get.

Due to our reschedule date conflicting with SLL Allstar games and the fact that we have a lot of people involved with them, we will move the meeting to Monday June 17. It will still be at Tiger Hut at 6:30.
Tiger Hut is not open that night so pizza and drinks will be provided. Please make plans to attend.

Due to lack of participation at the June 4th meeting, we will be forced to reschedule so that we can have enough membership present to take action on new club year tasks and get the ‘24/‘25 TBC year started in earnest.

As a reminder for current and potential members, the Booster Club has been helpful and will continue to be helpful in the following ways:

• Team travel costs
• Purchase of needed equipment
• Meals at games and events
• Support at camps
• End of year banquet

***and in the future***
• Scholarships for Senior Tigerettes

Continued participation and support is necessary to offset the costs of the above for ALL of our Tigerettes and their families.

Please consider attending the rescheduled meet so we can move forward and continue to support our girls. We believe a couple of hours of our time a month is well worth the benefits the girls receive from our club. The meeting will be held June 18 - 6:30 pm at Tiger Hut.

We will be scheduling a fundraiser early in the summer with the goal to raise enough funds to replace the team’s current bucket/ chain setup with fancy new stanchions, ropes and signage to barricade their area in the stands on Friday nights. The goal would be to have them ready for the first football game. This is just a heads up so we can discuss it at the next meeting.

2024-2025 Military Officers

We are looking for volunteers to work our booth at Spring in the Big Thicket. Take a look at the remaining shifts and let us know if you would like to help out.

If you are a current member parents, a rookie parent or just a booster club member, you’re more than welcome to join in the fun at our carnival game booth.

Ok guys so I Tami will be at the school after pratice Monday if you could turn your orders in for the blanket sale. I need the list of who ordered from you and how many they ordered. Please have on there how they paid as well. We had a ton pay through the tigerette Booster venmo account so we can verify who paid. If they paid you check or cash please turn that in Monday as well. We want to thank everyone that helped with this Fundraiser.

Congratulations to the new social officers for the 24-25 school year. It's going to be great year for you ladies.

We are going to have a special meeting this Wednesday April 10 @ 630 at casa ole. We will be discussing banquet, blanket sales, and a fundraiser. We would love all new members to attend and become a member. All the support and ideas we can get we need.

Tigerettes in Training will be happening on Sunday, April 14th 1pm-5pm. Be sure to sign up by TOMORROW if you have a child interested in a day filled with dancing and games!

Congratulations to the 2024-2025 Tigerettes! We are thrilled to have a team of 23!

We want to congratulate all the kids that competed in the Region IV Leadership Conference for FCCLA especially two of our very own Tigerettes.

Public Policy Advocate Level 2 Team Brylie Arredondo, Auryana Gilder, and DaNerria Hageon competed and advanced to state.

Way to go Brylie and DaNerria. We are all so proud of you girls.

Tonight is the Tree Lighting at the Silsbee Public Library at 730. We will have a booth selling hot chocolate and popcorn. Come see us and see the Tree Lighting.

REMINDER:

Our girls are ready to put on fabulous show for everyone that is going to be at the game.

Three of our very own tigerettes, Briana, Kate and Ja'Niece competed this weekend in the brain games. Good job ladies.

Our SHS UIL Academic Teams put their knowledge to the test over the weekend at the Bridge City 'Brain Games.' Students brought home multiple top finishes.

RESULTS:
- Harlan Self: 5th place in Number Sense
- Amiyah Davis: 2nd place in Poetry
- Matthew Ard: 5th place in Spelling
- Briana Glenn: 6th place in Spelling
- Spelling Team: 3rd place overall ( Matthew Ard, Briana Glenn and Kate Vickery)

So proud of our girls. As part of their community service project they dedicated a pratice day to the boys and girls club. They helped with homework, played games or just hung with the kids.
