Last year she had hired me to cater a surprise 30th birthday for her boyfriend, and turns out that evening he had a surprise of his own and was proposing to her! She also was my make-up artist for my wedding 🤍

A fall-inspired 5 course wine and food tasting menu 🍂
This fundraising dinner was put on by a wonderful foundation , where all proceeds went to help women and children in need, such a touching organization🤍
It was held at the beautiful event space , the decor and set up was stunning✨
Not only a 5 course meal, but paired with 5 incredible wines. Cannot wait to hopefully do more of these in the future!
Menu:
Cocktail hour: grazing table
First course: assorted breads, whipped honey butter, pickled veggies
Second course: butternut squash bisque, fall inspired salad and all toppings on the side to customize your own way
Third course: Pumpkin ravioli with a brown butter sage sauce
Fourth course: braised beef short ribs, carrot parsnip purée, roasted garlic mashers, honey glazed carrot
Fifth course: Dessert flight; spiced cider poached pears with a vanilla bean whip, cinnamon sugar cider doughnuts, fall chocolate bark

✨3 Years - a little late (month and a half)🫧
3 whole years of business, starting from a small idea to being to where I am today. It has me speechless, I seriously say it all the time but you guys are the reason I am here today! This past year has been the craziest and busiest one to date, but all the sleepless nights and days and days of prep and events are so so worth it. And I never imagined this whole little community that’s been created.
So many of my clients feel like family, and I cannot thank you enough for trusting in me for your big and small special celebrations. I cannot wait to continue this journey and see where this year takes me❤️
