Happy Friday folks! This is a cabin we are currently working on. Had to clean, scrub, pressure wash and prep for stain. Got a good jump on it so far this week. This is a project we will be in and out on as it’s an Air BnB that stays pretty booked up. Another Awesome customer as well! I’ll post more progress pictures as we get further along.

Been busy on this beautiful home in twin mountain!
We were hired by the homeowner to come in and finish off his basement. V-Grove pine on all the walls, frame ceilings, square stock pine on all ceilings, hang all interior doors, and complete trim package. Still have some doors to hang and kitchen cabinets to install but this one is coming out great! Couldn’t ask for a better customer to work for either! He put his trust in us to make this come together for him in a short amount of time and that’s exactly what we do here at JMC Construction! Thanks to the fellas for all your hard work on this project as well. Teamwork makes the dream work! Have a very busy year ahead of us and I’ll try to post projects as we go.

The white mountain visitor center in beautiful Lincoln NH. We stripped and roofed this big building this summer. Awesome people to work for and it was a good job to have the JMC Construction name on. Here’s a few pics of the process.

Here’s another one we finished up recently. Customer wanted to spruce up his back porch with some nice decorative black rebar railings, also added a staircase to both front and back porches. We will be returning at some point to install some steel grates to help with rain and snow on both decks as well. Another happy customer and it all came out great!

It’s been a while since I have posted on here, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been very very busy! I will post pictures over the next couple days of some of the project we have completed over the last few months. This one here is a project we completed today, homeowner wanted a new deck so we tore out the old one and built her exactly what she was after. She will be installing the decking herself on this one.
Overall came out good. Super nice customer that we have done work for before. This will soon be a nice Air BNB in the town of Whitefield. Thanks to the fellas for putting in the effort to get this one done fast!

Haven’t posted in a little while. Our sugar hill project is coming along nicely! Framed the roof system today and I will say I’m liking the salt box look on this home. will be sheathing and getting gables framed up, and Setting windows next week and framing the covered porch. Then time for siding! All in all it’s coming together and is looking awesome. Big thanks to Varney and smith lumber and everyone that works there for always providing top quality lumber and making sure we get our deliveries as soon as I call. And a thanks to our awesome homeowners, you guys are great!! And last but certainly not least a huge thanks to the fellas for pumping out the product day in and day out! Foundation is in the ground and ready for some dirt work to be finished up on this soon to be beautiful home in sugar hill. New construction home going up soon!! Looking forward to getting this project started!

Here’s another smaller job we recently did. Homeowners recently bought this house and wanted to give it a face lift. The siding was installed over the existing window trim. So we cut the siding back, replaced any rot that was present, resealed all windows and installed new window trim and J-mold to give it a good new look. Also scraped and painted the roof trim. Another set of happy customers! Here’s a few pics of the process

Another project done. This tired roof was in need of a replacement. A little delay because of rain and bad weather but came out great. Thanks to the fellas for the hard work 🤘🏻 On to the next!

Another project done. This customers wrap around porch was in need of some help. We took out the old columns and jacked it up and the roof above, poured some concrete piers , and fixed some framing and added new posts. Then tore off her old deck on the side and built a new one and reused the old columns to keep the vintage look. Another happy customer!

Old man winter took this chimney down this past winter, it landed on the roof below and broke the support beam holding the rafters. We came in and tore out the old beam and replaced with new, and built a new chimney with multiple tie points securing it to the building. The homeowner is back up and running again just in time for the cold weather to start setting in.

Dirt work is in progress and a foundation going in within the next week. New construction build going up soon in the beautiful town of sugar hill NH. Can’t wait to get this project started! Stay tuned for more. !

Take a look at this job we finished up a couple weeks ago. Homeowner wanted a hallway with a staircase leading up to the living quarters above his garage. This came out sweet! Thanks to the team for the good work! Just need to coat the floors in a couple weeks when he is ready. And the electrician is installing electric baseboard heat, and finish up the lights!

Another project we finished recently. This one is the white mountain transmission shop / lonesome woods building. This historic building needed a face lift. We installed new trim around each opening, foam board, and vinyl siding to give it a new look! Some happy customers and are having us back to finish the rest of the building soon. Here are some progress photos!

A project we just recently finished. Tore down the old deck and framed one twice as big. Homeowner wanted some black rebar railings on the upper section and they came out great! They will enjoy many years on their new porch and I am glad to have the JMC Construction name on it! Here’s a few pictures of process.

Little railing work today. Rebar spindles. Cut, cleaned, painted, drilled, assembled, and sanded! A lot of work in these but the will look amazing! Install on Monday on a new porch were building.

Out with the old in with the new! This old porch was getting pretty tired. We tore it down and are building one twice the size with a double landing staircase to eliminate such a long staircase. We are just a day and a half into this so stay tuned! This will be a big improvement for the homeowner!
