Hey lads and lassies,
Just recently, I updated my logo to give it a more “Irish” touch and keep the look fresh. Inspired by the Punk Rock band, , I took my old logo with the “I” and “M,” and change it by putting the four leaf clover in the center. In Ireland, the four leaf clover means “good luck,” and I hope in the next coming months and/or years, I get lucky to make my jerky bigger and better. Moving towards the next goal…

So, I had some old dehydrators but needed an upgrade, and for me to reach my next goal, I thought this would have been a smart move. I’m making more flavors soon, trying to go legit, and so purchasing a new dehydrator, and eventually, more, I wanted to make the process to be easier, cleaner, and more professional. In other words, thanks to Cosori for this wonderful piece of equipment, and I’ll be sure to be using this bad boy, while making my jerky. 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

Worked on new label designs yesterday. This one is for the Virginia Tech .tech themed jerky, “Maroon & Orange.” It’s a favorite that features Hardywood Brewery’s “Fighting Hokie Lager” and Chipotle Peppers, along with other spices. I wanted to make sure to add the colors as well as an Irish touch with the Celtic knots on the border. This is my way to get to the next step on becoming a more professional micro batch jerky business but move towards to new horizons.

Introducing the “Ol’ Rooney!” Inspired by our family’s family reunion in Rockhall, Maryland, the “Rooney Crabfest!” With the flavors that speaks of the area by the Chesapeake Bay, from the Old Bay Seasoning to Maryland’s own Dogfish Head 90 Min IPA, with a bit of ghost pepper, garlic, onion, and Cajun, this jerky brings savory, heat, and a great chew! Yes, I have been busy, but I have plenty of jerky to sell, especially the Dragonfire and Bloody Hell, That’s Hot! Both of these flavors are my current spicy flavors I have available, and with this spring season arriving, I hope to do more research to create new hotter flavors with super hot peppers for y’all to enjoy. Go to the website to purchase y’all selves some!
Also, NEW bags! Smaller, but same weight, same amounts! The big bags will be used for those who would want to purchase more a bigger bag. So you can pay $10 for the 85 g bags or $20 for the 125 g bags.
