Our Mission: To share God’s love with every creature

We are a faith based animal rescue group. Becoming Saved was created as an answer to a mission God put on my heart. I want to glorify God in everything we do here. The mission of Becoming Saved is to share his goodness with every creature of the world and that starts in our community. By his grace we are able to serve our community and care for his creatures.

I see a great need in this community for the animals in the area. With enough care and contribution we can help make Florala & Lockhart a nice home for ALL who live here.

At this time we are just getting on our feet and are looking to God’s guidance on where to go and how to grow. To begin, our first mission is to implement a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program for Lockhart & Florala. As many of you are probably aware the feral cat population in these areas is rather large! TNR is a great alternative for feral cats as they would not transition well into living in a household. It helps increase the health and vitality of the cat population reducing sickness and disease while stabilizing the current cat community and reducing a growing population.

We are very blessed to have found local veterinary facilities that see the need and share the same love and passion for helpling these homeless animals. Now that we have a facility willing to offer TNR vetting services we need the help of citizens like you in gathering the necessary funds to pay for their care. Every little bit helps and will go directly back into our community by improving the lives of an animal in need. This not only makes a world of difference to one animal but in turn it makes the community a nicer place.
