It’s not unusual for one who has gone to church their entire life to say that they have Jesus in their life. But consider a hard truth. Judas Iscariot had Jesus in his life. He traveled with him for three years. Ate with him. Jesus even broke the blessed bread, dipped a piece into the blessed wine and gave it to Judas by hand just before sending him off to sell him out for 30 pieces of silver. Judas had Jesus in his life. But not in his heart. It’s about connection. We have lots of people all around us but only a small percentage of them are truly connected to us and we to them. We share more than bread, we share our lives. We share our struggles, our dreams, our hardships and our celebrations. So are you abiding in Christ? Pastor Theresa shares this and more.

Worship Service: Empowered
This week we wrap up our series with the message Empowered! Believers have access to spiritual dynamite that can blow through any obstacle we face that is aligned against the will of the Father for our lives or our world. Scripture states “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD Almighty. “What are you, mighty mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become level ground.” - Zechariah 4:6-7. The last of the three patterns of Christ show us that we must not try harder in our own strength, but yield harder to the Holy Spirit.
