Rather than just selling this customer insert replacement windows to replace their current rotted units where the rot went beyond the window like other companies recommended. We provided a solution to completely reside the whole house as the windows were most likely not the only spot that had water infiltration. While the stucco tear off wasn’t easy, we ended up replacing subsiding in multiple places. The customer opted for iron ore Pella Reserve Contemporary windows to give this home a more modern look with big glass. As well as using an 8” lap siding to help with the big proportions. When replacing this sink window, we made some minor changes from the old unit. Folding satin nickle hardware, changing the screen color to white, and fully trimming out this window properly making a big difference aesthetically from the interior.
