We can’t wait for you to join us!!! We are the largest farmers market in ETx! If it’s not homegrown, Handmade, or homemade, we don’t have it!
As the days heat up and everyone wants to be inside by midday, we are rolling out summer hours a little early this season for the safety of our customers and vendors in this Texas heat that we love so much! We will close at 12pm, now throughout the end of season (October).

-Happy Cattle Beef is here every Saturday with grassfed/finished Angus and Hereford beef including steaks, roasts, brisket, stew meat, short ribs, soup bones, organ meats and our awesome ground beef. Purchase is by the cut or order in bulk (eighths, quarters and halves). Weekly specials too!
-Ed and Red Farms will be at market with our delicious and Healthy Mixed baskets of 3-5 varieties of Oyster Mushrooms in the varieties of Grey Dove, PoHu (blues) Golden, Rose, Snow, Summer Whites, Black King and Elm. We also have Bags of our dried mixed Oyster mushrooms. Last but not least we have 4 varieties of powdered supplement mushrooms In Lion’s mane, Reshi, Vital health, and Cordyceps that we source from one of our Spawn suppliers from their family farm in Hadley Massachusetts.
-Clower Honey Farm provides raw and unfiltered honey for sale along with seasonal canned and fresh produce and beeswax products
-Peach season is winding down. Please come see us before we wrap up for the year. We appreciate your business!
-Penny's Pastured Poultry has all your favorite pasture raised chicken available. Whole birds, breasts, leg quarters, tenders and wings. Raised locally on grass.
-Ateek Ranch & Duck creek produce will be bringing gourmet mushrooms, elephant garlic, potatoes, squash and other veggies as they are ready for harvest.
-Melton farms will be bringing home grown produce!.
-Highway 19 produce located right here in Athens Texas, bringing you fresh seasonal homegrown produce.
-Farmer Green will be at market with a truck full of LOCAL Athens watermelons! His family has been growing locally for right around 100 years! They farmed hundreds of acres there where LIFE Fellowship is on 175 and took produce to the Dallas market as well as the Athens Market when it was the old truck yard! Come and taste a bit of Athens history- it sure is sweet!

Here's your local lineup for Saturday July 27, 2024!! We can’t wait for you to join us!!! We are the largest farmers market in ETx! If it’s not homegrown, Handmade, or homemade, we don’t have it!
As the days heat up and everyone wants to be inside by midday, we are rolling out summer hours a little early this season for the safety of our customers and vendors in this Texas heat that we love so much! We will close at 12pm, now throughout the end of season (October).

Join our Athens Local REKO group, shop and pay online, pickup on Tuesday nights, 5-6p! So easy and convenient!! Especially when you eat all of one of your favorite things over the weekend and don’t want to wait until Saturday for more! Trust us— we know!!

Farmers/ Producers/ Honey
-Melton farms will be bringing home grown produce including tomatoes potatoes peaches canteloups onions watermelons and more !
-Ateek Ranch & Duck Creek Produce will be set up bringing fresh and dehydrated gourmet mushrooms as well as seasonal fruits and vegetables as they become ready.
-Ed and Red Farms will be at market with our delicious and Healthy Mixed baskets of 3-5 varieties of Oyster Mushrooms in the varieties of Blues, Golden, Rose, King Blues, and Elm. We also have Bags of our dried mixed Oyster mushrooms. Last but not least we have 4 varieties of powdered supplement mushrooms In Lion’s mane, Reshi, Vital health, and Cordyceps that we source from one of our Spawn suppliers from their family farm in Hadley Massachusetts.
-Clower Honey Farm will be bringing our raw and unfiltered honey for all the purists out there. We will also be bringing our seasonal vegetables and canned homegrown veggies as well!
-Growing Branches Farm has the nutrient dense microgreens! They are cut fresh right in front of you so you know you're getting the freshest product possible. If fresh greens aren't your thing, you can still get your nutrients with our microgreens powder or salts! Also, grow your own with our DIY kits.
-Thomas-Patterson Farms is a family owned/operated regenerative producer of premium pasture raised Kunekune Pork and Nubian goat meat. Our animals are hand fed and loved on multiple times a day. There are no hormones or antibiotics for increased growth. We never use the new MRNA or modified vaccines. We are as all-natural as you can get.
-Happy Cattle Beef sells grassfed/finished Angus and Hereford beef including steaks, roasts, stew meat, short ribs, brisket, soup bones, organ meats and our awesome ground beef and patties. You can also order eighths, quarters and halves.
-Winona Orchards is a family owned and operated business. Please come see us for tree ripened peaches and sweet blueberries.

-Edwards Produce will be there with all of our canned goods, jams, jellies, boudin, boudin egg rolls, boudin balls, loose leaf herbal and flavored teas.
-Mischievous Marie will be at Market this Saturday! Wickedly Delicious Hand Crafted Baked Goodies. Gluten friendly, Dairy Free Sourdough Baked goodies and so much more. Come find me under the Pink Tent!!"
-Double Barrel will be bringing sweet to the street along with all our good stuff!
Waggonner Bakes will be at the market this Saturday! We have a great flavor lineup of our giant gourmet cookies, cookie cakes, and mini cakes! Come see us, we’ll have free samples!!

-Ceaser Beads will be on hand with the coolest bead bracelets and earrings out there.
-Kickin Boots Candle Co can't wait to see you all Saturday! We will have new candle scents this month, as well as a few changes to car diffuser's taking place. Stop by and check it out!!
-Campbell Woodworks will be there with a variety of handmade wood furniture and home decor
-AK Kollective is coming to the Athens Farmers Market! We are a couple of artists who love to create and share our creations but in a way that is as accessible to everyone as possible! We think everyone should be able to enjoy great art and we can't wait to show you what we have in store!
-Haley’s crafty corner will be at the market every weekend in July! We’ve got plenty of designed tumblers, car coasters, keychains, and car air fresheners. We are working on tshirts and trucker hats, so hopefully those will be available as well!

-Noni and Popi's Nook will be at Market this Saturday. Our one of a kind Gnomes, Highland Heifers, Teddy Bears are sure to make you smile, so come on by and see whats new!
-Heathen Beard Company is a small arm of Hays Manor, our farm outside of Murchison. We have a bee apiary, highland cows, and are licensed falconers. Our bee’s provide our wax which we mix with essential oils to creat high quality beard care products. We have built a unique brand that would attract customers that valued high quality products.
-Hand made crafts fabric flower arrangements, headbands, bowl coozies, placemats, aprons for adults and kids.
