2005 Harley Davidson Night Train, with only 7,000 miles! Just got a whole list of custom modifications!
The owner wanted to give this bike a more modern look and ditch all the chrome and some less appealing factory finishes on the bike.
We started off by disassembling and removing the entire front end off the bike. Triple trees and all! Stripping chrome off and powder coating black.
- upper & lower triple trees
- handle bars
- handle bar risers
- clutch and brake levers (even massaged some rash out of the brake lever
- completely disassembled the factory turn signals and coated. Front and rear
- headlight bucket
- forks completely disassembled, coating removed, all casting lines and marks smoothed out, powder coated and rebuilt with fresh fork seals and oil
- triple tree cover
- rear brake lever
- shifter
The big components actually got wet sanded out smooth and buffed to a mirror finish to match the paint on the body!!
Rear fender struts had a factory black coating but was that rough hammered texture you see on alot of the engine. These were stripped and powder coated black, cut and buffed to match.
Rear drive belt pulley also had this finish and machining marks on the outter face. Stripped paint. Sanded all machining marks out. Polished aluminum surface and powder coated center black to match.
NEW vance and hines exhaust!

UPGRADED cam chain tensioners that start to fall apart on the early twin cam engines.
NEW custom length throttle cables
NEW clutch cable
NEW alren ness oil pressure gauge
NEW billet aluminum black fuel caps with digital fuel level gauge
- buffed all scratches out of the body work with even some small paint correction behind the seat where there were large gouges/scratches in the paint!
LASTLY THE CHERRY ON TOP!! A beautiful set of billet wheels and polished stainless rotors.

ZOOM IN!! Little powder coat color experiment on the shop bike. Silver base with light red flake over the top. it pops in the sunlight!! Also notice all the gouges and scrapes worked out of the metal around the logo 😮😮

Sled season is over but the repairs will always continue!! What do think of this before and after????
New shock body, new shaft, and new seal head. Still cheaper than buying a used replacement!!

It had been 20 years for the rear shocks on this arctic cat.
Not only were they too soft from the factory, but after 20 years of abuse there was almost no nitrogen left, and the oil looked like your moms bath water!!

After some valving changes and full rebuilds they are better than new!

Finished a face lift on this 96’ harley! 21” wheel conversion and some gloss black powder coat on the fork lowers. Full tune up, brakes, starter, fork rebuilds, we do it all. Fresh new white walls with balance beads so theres no ugly weights on the wheels. All machining for wheel conversion done in house. All powder coating done in house. Bring your old harley to and we can bring it into the 21st century with style!

200HP RZR transmission this week!!
This 2016 RZR Turbo S had recently got a set of 35” tires and needed a gear reduction to spin those big tires efficiently.

We performed a full rebuild of the transmission with a 33% gear reduction on high, low, and reverse gears.

Also had nitrogen leaking fox shocks and bent tie rods so we did those upgrades as well.

Fox shocks on the menu today! It seems that over half of side by sides come with fox shocks these days. They are great but they do have one major flaw. THEY LEAK NITROGEN!! Fox has been using this basketball style needle fill for years (on the left). This design is fine for a ball that holds maybe 5psi but at 200psi it cant hang!
These shocks on this 2021 honda talon were riding rough and sitting low. After a quick stab to check pressure we found 100psi had leaked out of the front shocks and 50psi had leaked from the rear!! On a 2 year old machine!!
After a quick billet cap upgrade with a shrader valve style fill (on the right), recharge of all 4 shocks. This will never be an issue again!

If you have fox shocks on your ride contact for a quick and easy upgrade that will make your SXS better than new!!

A little mangled banshee action this week!!

This banshee flipped and drove the left front tire into the dirt at a bad angle. This caused upper and lower ball joints to break. Shock to be bent and upper control arm mounts to almost be ripped off the frame.

A little cutting welding and massaging from and all she needs is some fresh paint to be good as new!

V***r honed 70 year old boat motor carburetor!!

Just slapping new parts in your old carb is not enough!!!

This is the absolute best way to rebuild your carburetor to basically new again.

No other process can clean your carb this good inside and out. All the years of built up corrosion, ev***rated fuels, imbedded debris are wiped away with v***r honing!

This is also non abrasive unlike dry sand blasting, that can sand the surface removing casting lines and physically alter dimensions. This does not remove metal. This is the best way to restore aluminum and any metal for that matter. And leaves the appearance of a brand new casting inside and out!

No amount of carb clean, soaking in a solvet bath for weeks, or even ultrasonic cleaning can clear out every passage in your carb this well.

Your motorcycle, boat, snowmobile, dirtbike, atv, atc will never run as good as it will with a restored original carburetor!

We are about 45 days into the remodeling of the new headquarters! Alot of work going into this old barn! Widened door ways a foot. Installed overhead doors. Replaced rotted not installed properly man door. Deleted walls. Deleted double doors. Deleted cubby to outside world. Removed 5” of dirt. Brought in new gravel and compacted. Installed gutter drain and drain for shop sink. Relocated electric panel. Working on slab insulation now then pex for infloor heat!!
Its alot of work but when this 1300sq feet of work space is complete we will be back in buisness more efficient than ever!!

Built by . This 95 gsxr 750 showed up beaten down and neglected. After 100 hours in mechanical repairs we moved on to looks. After a new body with fresh paint this is what you get! 25 coats of paint, 51 decals all done at rollys. Main colors are from 1970 corvette and 2018 ford raptor. Powder coated wheels in house. Projector headlights with halos built from scratch including mounting brackets that are also powder coated. Yoshi replica muffler and much more. This 27 year old machine scoots!! And breaks alot of necks while doing it!!
