This beautiful lady came to me with a chief complaint of discoloration on the face.
Over the last 3 months we treated the underlying cause of her discoloration first; in combination with oral tranexamic acid which led to full repigmentation of her skin and resolution of her rash.

This man presented to me with over 15 Basal Cell Carcinoma skin cancers on his face.

Due to the number of skin cancers and other factors such as age; the patient opted to try laser therapy compared to traditional removal using sugery.

Here I used a 1064 YAG laser to treat many of his skin cancers. This resulted in many of them being clinically resolved after 3 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart.

He has a few more we are currently working on, but this patient was very happy to not have to undergo extensive surgery.

Minocycline induced hyperpigmentation/dyschromia due to 35 years of minocycline use.

This is a rare side effects of long term minocycline use that typically presents on the face, ears, eyes, and shins.

This is a permanent side effect that patients should be educated on prior to long term minocycline use. (Which unfortunately he was unaware of this)

This patient presented to me with an Atypical presentation of resistant melasma. These results were achieved after 12 weeks of personalized therapy.

On this patient I used 1927 nm to address sun spots, flat seborrheic keratosis, and actinic keratosis (precancer lesions). She had great results after one treatment.

Recent studies have shown fraxel can reduce your chance of skin cancer in the treated area.

Also, the improvement in texture and fine lines is also appreciated.

This is a perfect repression of Pitted keratolysis.

Pitted keratolysis is a superficial bacteria infection typically treated with topical benzoyl peroxide/antibiotics and oral antibiotics in severe cases.

The true key to treating pitted keratolysis is to treat the underlying cause of hyperhidrosis.
