 Eliminate the use of rig tongs and all the potential finger/hand and body impact issues.

 Reduce the amount of risk of putting slips and clamps over the wellbore.

 Reduce the back injury and finger/hand risks running the clamp and slips more than needed.

 Ensure proper torque of all items with “proof” prior to going over head, or in the hole.

PERFORMANCE

 Save approximately 1 hour picking up and 1 hour laying down a typical packed hole assembly.

 When utilizing a rotary steerable assembly, we have been able to cut a typical 10-12 connection job on the rig floor

down to 4-6 connections. This has saved other operators around 1.5-2 hours each way.

 We can also identify a potential issue with tools prior to it going in the hole. The time savings of finding these

issues out while “offline” are invaluable!

 Got a tight connection? Lay it down in a double and we can add heat to it away from the well. Once heated, we can

break up to 110k ft/lb of torque…don’t bend that pipe or risk an open flame near the wellbore.

COSTS SAVING & COST EFFECTIVE

 A typical rig rate can range from $2000-3000 per hour with fuel and rental rates broken all the way down. The math

on our costs is rather simple. Its all $300…We cost $300 for travel to location and $300 per connection we

make/break.

 On a typical packed hole BHA (without the bit) we do around 6 connections which costs $1800 and should save

about 1 hour. We will also come break it all apart a few days later for roughly the same price. One of those times we

come out, we can make up your casing float equipment at no travel (since we are there already) which is about

$600, saving you roughly 30 min of rig time and casing crew time. That’s another $1000-2000 of savings with increased

performance and the entire operation is exponentially safer!

 A lot of operators already have their float equipment bucked on, but for about double the price and trucking/

coordinating time. They also have no supervision when doing this away from the wellsite…who knows what

happened to it at their facility? We will do it cheaper and you can be right there supervising.

 The bucking unit comes with a torque turn computer attached to the unit…it will graph the connection and can be

shared with the office. It will give verification that tools were made to spec prior to going downhole. The perfect CYA

in a troubled situation!

VERSATILITY

 The Unit has been used to build and break down motors in a machine shop.

 We can dial up or dial down that adjustable motor on the ground rather than the rig floor.

 Change out motor stabilization, or add that float sub quickly.

 Send us to your wellhead company. We can make sure your wellheads and mandrel hangers are bucked on.

Torqued vs turned, graphed, and loaded on the Cloud for anyone in your organization to get.

 Work with our Tech department and get your torque turn data off the Cloud and inserted into your well report.
