The greatest thing about owning your own home is the fact that it can be the biggest and the most return on your investment!! Sellers and Realtors need to make sure that when you put in an offer that the offer is not a pre-qual but an actual verified formal pre-approval. What do I mean by a formal pre-approval?

There are 3 steps I go by before I will issue a formal pre-approval to my Buyers, Realtor Partners and Sellers!

1st Step: fill out the initial application ( which costs you nothing to do ) to get a good idea of your situation and to make sure we can get to the next step.

2nd Step: get a full picture of your credit profile to make sure your credit score and liabilities are in line with current Lender guidelines. This is very important! So much depends on this!!

3rd Step: Verify your income and assets (needed to close your loan). The funds to close can come from Savings, Money Market Accounts, 401K, Retirement Accounts, family or employer Gift funds or proceeds from the sale of a current owned property.

By me doing these steps I will be able to help navigate and find you the best possible option!
