If you've never had Lion fish this might be a very rare chance to get some. It's the fish that's taking over the Florida reefs. They want it gone. It's very difficult to fillet but very tender and delicious. These are from Destin Florida.

It's ultra expensive so we packaged the fillets into 1/2 pound packs. $18 per package. 😮 Thanks for saving the Florida reefs Wiscondin fish eaters 😀

We also have Hog fish today. If you've ever visited the Florida Keys you've been told by the locals about this one.

BUT a U-haul later and a borrow truck today and we're up and running in Tomahawk at Qualheim's True Value till 2pm. Full capacity with vendors, the first Farm of the year has produce today. RHINO is the Gator King of Wisconsin. I tried to get a plane ticked to see this show. The gators pictured are small compared to what hes got cooking tomorrow. (Saturday) WILLOW WOOD LODGE in the HAZELHURST, MINAQUA, TOMAHAWK area. Bring the kids, have some fun! Seafood raffles, seafood sale & Ryans famous smoked "Gator Tacos" and the lodge has a great menu too :) Serving around 4pm. The gator starts smoking at 5am, they will be there for you even if you just take a drive for fun.

AND Rhino's sidekick Kayden will be there selling lemonade for 2 bucks. He donates all profit to cancer research. Way to honor you friend Young Man.

Lobster special! 10-12oz tails. 2 for $45. 5lb box for $145 cash, $150 card. Colossal Argentine red shrimp, unicorn fish, sweeet scallops, sirloin fillets, smoked salmon and so much more! Share away!

3/4 pound tails: Cook 10-12 minutes. When meat thermometer hits 145 your lobster will be done perfect. We also have the the huge 1.5 to 2 pound tails.

Snaped a few pictures from Daytona this past weekend.

Seafood Sales money turned into another truck load of Wisconsin products for Florida. This round was Mullins & Nasonville Cheese, Bearcat's Smoked Salmon GB, Beer Battered Curds from Better Than Fair Curds Merrill. And some Nueskys bacon for me the driver :)

That's our Seafood Guy Garret in the blue shirt. He stepped in to help last weekend, crushed it as usual. I gain lots of good seafood knowlage when working with Garret. We are testing lots of new products this winter. Found some gems :)

We have amazing customers down here, locals all year long, snowbirds are here in full force. Also seeing some Wisconsin seafood customers popping in to grab seafood & cheese here in Daytona. The group picture is a Wisconsin / Equidor family. The relatives from Equidor were in the US on vacation. They sure loved the deep fried Cheese Curds. We've introduced Cheese curds to so many different country's. 11 years selling. ZERO returns.

Shout out to the young man in the black cat hat. He's broke all the records as far as Cheese Curd purchases. Stops by every Fri Sat & Sun!
