Potato Leek Soup
My first true sourdough.
My starter is about a month old and it finally doubled in 3 hours after feeding. It is still pretty young but I've been craving to give it a go. Once I cut into it we will see how the crumb looks.
First feeding of my new sourdough starter.
I'm using the King Arthur 1:1:1 (113g) ratio using whole wheat for the natural yeast, switching to unbleached all-purpose for the feedings.
I may experiment with the flour I'm feeding the starter with so I started two. 😊
