I am hooked on the Olympics and loving every minute of our American athletes’ success! The sportsmanship and emotion displayed in every sport is truly inspiring. Swimming, golf, beach volleyball, and gymnastics, and so many more, have all been standout performances for Team USA! Here’s to another incredible week as they go for the GOLD!! What an incredible trip to New York!! I have been involved with the Clark Gillies Foundation for several years but this years tops them all!! From the golf, to the concert with and yes, Billy Joel dhowed up! Plus, the over $1.2 million raised in the live auction I am just blown away! I LOVE being on Long Island and the community in Huntington you amaze me every event!! Got a 3:45am wake up call but it is ALL WORTH IT! Have an amazing rest of the week and remember, “blessings are all around us if you look.”

BRAVO PARIS!! I just got home from New Jersey to catch the Opening Ceremonies of the Olympics on NBC! I have never been so emotional! I cried several times! UNITY! A world as ONE! I was a mess when they showed our athletes! I am ready to cheer on our country! Mike Tirico your voice and personality are so comforting! Great job! And Peyton and Kelly were awesome! Let’s try and remember that for the next 16 days we are THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and we must stand proud and yell loud for all those representing our country...Go USA! And again, Paris you did GREAT!! p.s. Céline Dion I was so happy to see and hear you and I ugly cried when you came on. Again, Bravo Paris! Bravo!!

What a night in our FIGHT for Cystic Fibrosis! Another record breaking year and Huntington Beach you BROUGHT IT!! Thank you Mark and Rhonda Friedly, Pat and Tanya Orth Courchaine, and Ken and Deb Johnson! Plus the over 700 who showed up and donated. After an amazing night we drove 250 miles and now in Vegas with some dear friends the Johnsons. Headed back to the East Coast later this week!

So many people gave big $$ in the Live Auction and it was such an incredible Parrty! Back on a flight this morning to Nashville then its back to NEW YORK! Loving this journey!!
