Two pools in one day! We leveled (the other day) and moved our pool to its new location. Helped our son set up his pool at his place down the road!

Clients asked for “Desert Modern” and this is what we delivered!
We are responsible for creating the entire design and from the floor plan to the interior decorating.

Shower tile & grab bars completed. Next up concrete flooring. Making it a smooth transition for a wheelchair.

Not like we didn’t have enough on our plate? I decided that the trailer we will be offering as an Airbnb on the ranch needed a facelift. Demo day! Planning her upgrades and colors this weekend. Don’t turn that dial....

Found some time to edit photos & get Instagram updated on what’s been happening around here.
When a trailer arrives we like to give it a name. Reason being when you are working on several at one time it can become confusing when we talk about the work and details for each one.
We gutted this one down to the sub floor which was in great condition. The clients request was a bathroom with a soaking tub in the front. Different...yes but it turned out beautiful. Owner’s are installing this one on their property as a casita next to their BBQ and entering area.
New electrical, walls, bed platforms, holes patched, walls smooth coated, paint, new cabinet’s, a requested farmhouse sink, new laminate floors, wood baseboards and custom window coverings. We have since finished her up and more photos to come.

Dreaming it’s an infinity pool! Can’t complain...first pool in 32 years! ❤️
