My new clock for my Apartment. Remind me to get to work even if I am not at The Lodge At Pebble Beach. The work never ends it just changes it’s aspects. Just like the wall behind the clock that appears to be different colors but you are just seeing light from an unknown source. Your mind is alerted to that in the form of color.

So for whatever it’s worth today is 4/20…. 20/5 is 5. Those 5 are , 🥑 oil, , and wild Afghanistan cumin. Possibley the best piece of chicken I have ever eaten. Although I may have prepared and served it’s equal many times over.

What a day!!! Happy Easter!!! The Lodge at Pebble Beach was a ton of fun. Broke more than a few things. Fortunately they were all eggs, and Miguel and I were manning the Omelette/Benedict station. Chef Anna and Ryan did the most amazing job with the inventive and colorful menagerie. The Doves 🕊 are my favorite. A photo of a mother a father and the sun!! And a temporary nest they built to weather a short storm.
