We have some new faces here so we want to share with everyone how our meal delivery works! Here’s a breakdown:
-new menus come out every Tuesday (we have a new menu each week) and we take orders through Thursday at midnight for the following week delivery

-Delivery is Sunday, Monday or Tuesday depending on your zip code. You can see options at checkout but if you want to make sure we come to you send us a message!

-We are an official Whole30 approved partner (one of the only in Cincinnati) so we follow whole30 guidelines but we also offer non Whole30 options which we label! There’s a National Whole30 starting in September!

-We never cook with dairy or wheat and can usually accommodate other food sensitivities upon request.

-We are a small business working out of Findlay Kitchen and we love to utilize our strong community support. We buy our meat from Eckerlin Meats and shop local produce whenever possible.

-We offer single servings as well as family style. All our meals are prepared and just need to be reheated. They are not frozen, but our homemade soups are!
