Another fun project we did last week. If u like what your doing even the tough ones are fun. We forgot to get a picture of the 13x36 area finished probably due to the heat and simply ready to call it a day, but it all turned out great. We’ll get a picture and post when we can. This was a fun project and always nice working for great people. It’s was a hot week and it took us a lot of effort not to jump in their pool. We set a goal and had this done in 3.5 days and yard cleaned up so they can continue with other projects around their property that are taking place. Project we did so new 1/2” steel plates would inlay finish floor grade

New section of garage floor and drains outside. This was a fun project and great Homeowners to work for

New 24x30 parking pad for off street parking and we added another 12’ of mountable sidewalk so these Great homeowners have 24’ of access from the road.

Talk about a fun project. Me and Derek from Hamacher contracting LLC took on a project the required us to remove a old concrete patio and homemade concrete beams above a garage and strip stone off a chimney. After a little planning we were able to get it all down safely and doing so with out doing any damage to existing concrete floor or block walls as asked and built a roof that’ll be finished as the remodel continues

This was a fun project we had the opportunity to do for a great couple. These homeowners had a great plan to utilize their space and make a great place to enjoy the hot summer days

This was another fun project . We started off with 160’ of French Drains to collect all the surface water that’s been laying on the property after these heavy rains we been having. Poured a new sidewalk and steps then built a new retaining wall. Asphalt driveway to be patched in and sealed by others next week. All this homeowner needs now is for some nice grass to grow

Another fun project we got the opportunity to discuss with this homeowner and bring to life for him. We did a 20x23 concrete pad with drains due to low areas in old concrete. Now we’ll build him a 12x23 roof that’ll be attached to the shed and cover the whole patio so they can enjoy the pool and get some shade on those hot summer days. We had the opportunity to complete this 28x30 patio,steps and Railing for the Derry Rod and Gun Club’s cabin. With this crazy weather we were able to beat the rain and complete in 4 days so the cabins rental schedule stayed on schedule. For all Members including myself the club has giving me the opportunity to make a nice space so all members can take advantage of those hot days with some shade while enjoying the view from the top Deck or lower Patio. This Homeowner wanted to update their 30+ year old outdoor living space to something more modern. We had the opportunity to build a beautiful Deck and do a new concrete sidewalk.
