After years of making costumes, teaching dance, and raising my children, I decided to retire and to dabble back into food and beverage. I wanted to study wine along with fine food and beverage. I was doing very well in that industry. I was working at Bayside and just started training at Louie's when this epidemic hit. I will always remember my last day at Bayside and the day I had to call Louie's to let them know that I was sick. New dream job and must tell them that I cannot work. The doors closed to both places the next day. While I was home trying to wrap my head around things, I started thinking about what I could do to help the situation and the community.
