As most know, if you follow my personal Facebook, I've been remodeling a bathroom for the last couple of weeks(twice as long as planned). Here are the before and after images.
Removed and replaced the floor tile, removed and replaced tub and back splash tile work, removed shower and replaced with tile, removed and replaced toilet, textured and painted walls and ceiling, I was able to repair a small electric issue causing the canister and tub lights to not work, hung new bath accessories(including all hardware for tub, shower, and toilet), and I repaired the vanity.
Some painting is still required on the walls(the homeowners are debating whether or not to change the wall color) and they are deciding on a shower door for me to install. 😁👍👍

Setup a beam system and built a new load bearing wall extending a bedroom from 6' to 10' and added a new door way for a customer today.

Removed and installed a new floor furnace for a customer over the last couple of days. Had to do a little framing as well due to the units size difference. Just need to run new thermostat wiring and light it👍😀. No job is to big nor to small, give me a call for all your construction needs.

New "Pergo" flooring installed for a customer. Not the greatest pics.

Taking a belly out of the dining room floor of a customer's home so I can lay a new "Pergo" floor. Termites wrecked the original frame work so I added new floor joists and a 4x4 beam with 3 new piers. Feels like it's set on concrete now. Very pleased homeowner 👍👍😀. Tomorrow I can lay the "Pergo" flooring.
