I always want to be in the position to do everything I CAN since I was blessed to wake up this morning. It’s another day to be great. So daily I work on conditioning myself for our future because I CAN. If I Cannot I’m working on it . Everything is intentional. It would break my heart if I couldn’t play with my daughter or help her work through her emotions if I wasn’t healed. But I’m conditioning myself for the endless possibilities of I can and not I can’t .
Xtreme Hip Hop Step is one of the things that helped me lose weight. I fell in love with step so much I became a an instructor. Exercise is my jam now . A standard for healthy habits should be taught to a child early.
If more children were taught to have standards in regard to their health, junk food would not exist . Kids would be demanding inclusion to support their health needs. Children would be setting the tone of health and parents would have no choice but to follow suit. Healthy would be normal. Junk for would be downed upon as it should .
In my signature program Rooted, I have a challenge for my clients to complete for 75days. Everyone loves its . It takes them to the next level mentally, physically and emotionally. 🔙yourhealth
I’m all about trying new experiences and finding things that bring me peace and joy! Life is too short to not have explored it. I live to do more than just exist on this earth but to truly experience it. This was our first time trying paddle boarding and it was so amazing. We didn’t fall in lol .
The importance of teaching your child to advocate for their health.
I’ve been teaching my daughter to prioritize her health since she was born. One of the best things I can gift my daughter is health. At the age of 4 she can articulate to others clearly the things we do and don’t consume and tell you why. I’ve taught her to speak up for herself and advocate for herself . She’s not trying to fit in and eat and do what other kids do. I’m confident you can do the same for your child.

Bonding as a family does wonders for your health mentally, physically, and emotionally. The peace and joy we create together allows us to be on this plant a little while longer and I’m grateful for that.
We have to learn to be kind to our current body so we will appreciate the one we’re working. Otherwise we will never be happy. 🔙yourhealth
