Your air filters are dirty.
Also, your dishwasher filter is probably pretty gross.
You should think about cleaning your dryer duct while you’re at it.
And, how is your condensation line draining as we get into 100°+ days?
P.s. Don’t forget to change your smoke alarm batteries.

One of the biggest problems I see in deck building is, while using adequate posts for support, not placing the load on the post, but screwing the joist to the side of it.
If you’re going to face nail or screw to the side of the post, check out Simpson Strong Ties for additional support, or, even better, notch your post like this (video) and set the joist within the post, then attach it with a lag screw.

Deck-in-a-day!
I recently received a call from a client who was pulling equity from her home to make improvements, but an old, unsafe deck was preventing the house from appraising.
So, from a phone call one morning to a completed deck the next day, we squeezed in this project to allow the homeowner to keep moving forward!
