The plumbing needed to be completely fixed in a newly constructed house… the install looked like a roller coaster and did not have the proper pitch needed so we fixed it to be perfectly straight with the correct pitched piping to the septic system, hooked up all sinks, showers, and toilet drains as needed for the home owner and customer… just another piece of the pie finished to get these home owners into their new house ASAP.

3400’ of in floor radiant heat install in this new log home… came out nice… just a few pics to show… next comes insulation when everything is hooked up running and tested… thank you to my customers…

Some pressure washing on the hottest day of the year so far.. came out nice for white siding and decades of grime built up…. house.. porch.. stairs.. garage.. soffit and facia… thank you to my customers!!!

Out with the old and in with the new… fresh paint everywhere, drywall repair, and new light…

Another job done for Ms. Young, deck boards replaced, original deck boards were non-treated
v-groove pine and she wanted to keep the same boards and look so I sealed the boards before installation and paint.. came out nice… thanks again Ms. Young

Attic space turned into a nice bonus room, new subfloor, rerouted vent pipe, exhaust fan pipes redone, added a/c vent pipe, new outlets, new flush mount led adjustable and dimmer lights, and knotty pine, insulation, moved existing junction boxes, etc…. It came out nice!! Thank you to the Ross family, it’s greatly appreciated for your business!!

Whether you live in a new home or an older home… preventative maintenance and inspections should be on your list of things to do… sure some things can’t be seen 💯 of the time, while others can… it’s always a great idea to take a look at what’s going on behind the scenes before it becomes a much bigger problem and creates a dangerous situation leading to a greater loss… luckily this customer didn’t suffer from the greatest loss one could have had…. Sometimes you don’t know until it’s too late… Please think about preventative maintenance measures for your family, future and investments.

Some work done at The Herb Cave to end 2023 in preparation for them to open… pre-paint… a new pass through window, door removed, custom cut to install elsewhere, new led lights, another new door installed, new cat 6 ran for cameras, remove old store front and new framing for new store front, crown molding, new counter top and cabinets, etc

Repeat customers wanted a new TV mounted…

Some times you get called in to finish a project that just ends up being a bit more work due to how things were done prior to you getting there.. short of starting it over you make due with what was done…

Full bathroom remodel with lots of repairs, customer painted the walls, it came out nice…

Helping out others in the business is beneficial, painted tongue and groove ceiling and baseboard installation…

Two new tops for the bottom side wall Pilar’s the previous tops were on plywood…

Ready for the customer to paint… installed and caulked…

New flooring, toilet install some new plumbing and sub floor fixed

Some finished pictures of the soffit raised, cabinets re-installed, for more counter space… All new LED flush mount lights, new bed room remote fan.. and 9 interior doors all cut to fit, etc …. Was a nice fun job… and as always thank you to my past and present for all your business… I look forward to many more years!!

Sometimes you have to cut new doors to make them fit… and you make due with what you have to work with… but it’s all part of the job… it’s not always a slap in and go situation… 2 down 7 more to go… cabinets to get reinstalled soon and new can lights and a fan yet to be installed… as always thank you to all my customers past and present!!!
