Hello and Welcome to BoYo’s Studio. My name is Ciera, I aim to give my students a Judgement-free environment through your yoga journey.
I challenge my students to find new paths in their bodies to find connection within the Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Day 5 of January – find balance in the chaos. Explore balancing poses like Tree Pose to cultivate stability and equilibrium.
Flexibility is the key to growth. Embrace change with heart-opening poses like Camel Pose. Open your heart to new possibilities.
Root down to rise up! Ground yourself in grounding poses like Mountain Pose to build a strong foundation for the new year.
Inhale new energy, exhale old habits. Today, focus on deep, cleansing breaths to revitalize your mind and body.
