I was listening to a podcast the other day. About a man who became a partner in a framing company that recently valued over $460Million.

As he spoke about his 25 years of experiences and failures, before landing his ‘overnight’ success. He says.

The importance of compromise: A short story.

As a business owner, there are many compromises we must make in order for our team to be successful. Abandoning the dream is never one of them.

There will only be a few who will understand the calling. There are even fewer who will fully support and push you to reach your ambitions. Keep them close, but let them soar too.

Because in order to be a successful business owner we must be a successful leader, and with that comes compromise. In the original ex*****on plan, in the process, and with your people. The dream is important, but getting there efficiently while recording the process and collecting data is key.

In real estate, we see this often. Right now, sellers are compromising with buyers to get the deal closed.

I had a conversation the other day, and the topic came up about sellers not using friends as their broker to sell their home.

As painful as it is, this is actually part of our profession and a lot of the times, it's necessary.

As a real estate advocate, it's important to understand the needs of our clients. There are many instances in real estate, which deals fall through. As a business owner, there is a fine line with friends whom you want to conduct business with.

So don't feel guilty for not using your friends or family. Have a conversation - let them know you value their presence and present the possibility to help find the buyer.

In the end, we are here to look out for our clients best interest, even if that means we're not selected in the process.

Opportunity to check the future forecast?

I had the chance to attend a Quantum technologies and startups conference in Scottsdale this week.

It’s incredible to know how advanced our technology is becoming. Quantum computers will revolutionize the advancement of our technologies. What would take 10,000 years, will now be computed in a matter of years. This might not sound like much. But if you give it a problem, it will calculate every possible solution within seconds!

Glad to see all our major Arizona universities partnering up with studies and programs. With a lot more research, funding, and training needed, there’s much more to prepare for…

So, what does that mean for our future generations? More importantly, how will this impact the real estate industry?

We should all know more by 2030. Sooner, if you’re following me.⏳👀

A Story, About A Father And His Daughter:

She’s the twinkle in your eye. She makes the hard world soft again. She holds your finger, and you are sure you’ve never loved anything more.

You guide her while giving her strength and courage, seeing parts of yourself that may even scare you. She’ll push you, challenge you, and may even cut you without warning. But you’ll give into the understanding that all she needs is you. You’ll come to her side without knowing she needs you most. She’ll keep you as a priority and move her schedule around to be sure to make your lunch dates. You sit and listen attentively as she tells you about all the ways she’s going to help make the world a better place. You recognize her tenacity and encourage her to keep going.

As you get older, if you do it right, you’ll be able to fall back on her quite literally. She will remember the times you came to her in her times of need. She will cherish the memories you’ve created together. She will be sure you’re cared and provided for. Her strength will prevail and when the time comes, you know, she’ll be there holding your hand all the way home.
