🌱 We’re working to perfect T•W•O of our hardest - Beets & Amaranth. Today, we HARVESTED our Detroit Dark Red . We’re trying different methods to get the shell off🌱🐚. This batch took WAYYY TOO LONG to grow. Our next batch we’ll be placing a 10lb paver on top during germination. Stay turned to find out how well they do!! 💪🏻
