I was a sensitive child and making my parents angry was almost more painful than I could bare. In almost 8 years, my son could not recollect seeing me truly angry. ⁣
⁣
(My sensitivity didn’t stop me from laughing so hard when my mom washed my mouth out with soap one time that she gave up and never tried it again.) ⁣
⁣

Being a sensitive person who loves SO hard, it can hurt to see suffering, really feel it, and then feel powerless to create positive change…⁣

But I can also move mountains with that anger… or at least really p**s off my mom apparently. 🤭⁣

I paused for a moment, when reflecting on how to answer my son. My gut responded, “no I don’t get angry, honey. I am patient, kind and loving at all times.”⁣

Instead, I replied more truthfully. “I save my anger for when I am at work.”⁣
⁣
He looked shocked. He literally gasped. ⁣
⁣
“Do you yell at your employees? Do you yell at your authors?!”⁣
⁣
“No, not unless I need to get their attention. Not unless we’re marching and yelling at the devil,” I replied. “Mommy is angry a lot of the time, really.”⁣

His jaw dropped. ⁣

“Mommy, you never seem angry.”⁣

“That’s because I when I get angry, I direct that emotion towards solutions.”⁣

For nearly 2 hours I felt sick to my stomach. At least twice I thought I’d lose my dinner. ⁣

Neurotically I wondered, “Why is she contacting me? What is wrong? What motions have been filed? What is he doing now?!”⁣

When I finally managed to open up the text it read: “How are you? Are you OK? How was Thanksgiving?”⁣
⁣
I agree with Dr. Peterson that court battles can make a person suicidal. ⁣
⁣
My son and I were out the other day, and I saw a man I’d once considered going out with. ⁣
⁣
A fair amount younger than me, when I got busy and had to cancel the plans I never bothered to reschedule. 😹⁣

I was aware that I look different. Older. I’ve been tired for 2 years. ⁣
⁣
Thanks to a combination of nutritional rigidity and neuroplasticity tools like to help with my PTS, I am also deeply happy. My confidence is through the roof. There is nothing I can’t handle.

Still, this experience has shown me the depravity of the human condition. Pure evil manifest. ⁣

I’ve been at war for two years. I’m different.
⁣
Once finding so many better things to do, I now find myself compulsively planning trips to see my family 3 or 4 times a year. ⁣

It’s not always pleasant for them to stand in the trenches with me. But they always do. ⁣

thank you for the special days when I’m Home. I know you don’t have much free time on your hands. But you devote everything you can to me and Hunter. I love you, sissy. ⁣

⁣.. but generally I find the energy to bundle up and get out sledding, hiking, Nordic skiing, or strolling the street after dinner with Hunter. ⁣

However, I've been in a place of definite resistance to anything taking place in a room that isn't 68 degrees or warmer (preferably 100 degrees because ). ⁣
⁣
It's normal that by March I'm feeling pudgy, depleted, and frustrated with all things ice, cold, and snow. But this year my aversion to the cold seems to have come early - worryingly so.⁣

Yesterday was sunny and the classes on the schedule at yoga weren't my jam so I ventured out on my first hike in a month. I felt transformed - it verged on the miraculous. ⁣
⁣
Today I got a productive morning in before heading out to hike again and - 💥 BAM 💥 - same thing happened. I was transformed and deeply happy from the inside out. ⁣

I laid out in the sunshine at the Hot Springs today until I got tan lines! ⁣

Moral of the story - things around me are sometimes kinda sh*tty, but it's usually something that can be cured with sunshine ☀️ ⁣

When I first started receiving chapters of 𝘡𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘬𝘰: 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘛𝘰 𝘋𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘵 this summer and began editing them alongside Dr. Vladimir "Zev" Zelenko, what I loved was how certain Dr. Zelenko was that this book would be the blueprint for NEVER letting the "t3rr0rists in lab coats," as Dr. David E. Martin called them, get a foothold again. An action plan, not a post-mortem diagnosis.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Zev believed that an 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 is upon us and painted a portrait of how all of us are apart of an important resistance against the bad actors determined to undermine that awakening. ⁣⁣

He famously stated several times, "you are more intelligent than 90% of the people calling themselves doctors." ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Shortly after Zev passed I panicked when I realized that for all the hours of editing and discussing the book that we had, I had forgotten to ask him for the book Dedication!⁣⁣

I texted his coauthor Brent Hamachek and asked him for one. "One moment..." ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
He almost immediately texted back these words, ⁣⁣

We were having an early morning editing session together in between Zev’s coughs… at one point, he actually asked for my forgiveness because he had to go. He blacked out.⁣

Dr. Zelenko’s remarkable co-author Brent Hamachek shared with me that Zev thought this book may be the thing keeping him alive… many years after the doctors told him it wouldn’t likely be possible. ⁣

We all watched him in awe as he spent his last days on stages we all only had a fraction of his spirit and energy⁣
I’m not the only person who wonders still, months after his death, what the future looks and feels like without his leadership and inspiration. ⁣

His brilliant scientific mind and insatiable quest… ⁣
⁣

I spoke the other day with Zev’s best friend. It’s a tender subject. It hadn’t come up before. But I knew. ⁣

He told me that just moments before going to surgery, Zev was in the manuscript editing. Watching and responding to my queries and suggestions. I prepared to travel and watched his comments come in in real time. I maniacally read every single word of the manuscript over and over looking for every single question I might have just in case…⁣

And then they stopped. ⁣
⁣
Moments after I landed in Chicago, Brent Hamachek called me and told me the news. ⁣
⁣
So that I wouldn’t learn from the TV or Internet. ⁣
⁣
I waited to cry until I hung up the phone. ⁣

Starting on November 22, I’m on a mission for one million souls to receive Zev’s message. For as long as I live. ⁣

I am patient… sometimes to a fault. ⁣

I listen to every single inference and energetic cue that the clients leave. ⁣

I remain quiet for long periods of time before I drop my wisdom bombs.⁣

Somehow after every meeting or conference call we find ourselves gabbing, hours, sometimes into the wee hours of the night, intoxicated with our authors, our unique visions for them, and the dreams we are helping people build. ⁣

One of the best moves I’ve made in my publishing company has been to leverage media teams like the one at Haven media. ⁣

By 2024 we will be known as the number one book marketing company in the world.⁣

The hours are long some weeks… But having the opportunity to work with people I love is intoxicating.⁣

I took my Sun and his bestie Geo for a trip to the CO National Monument and a day at Studt’s Pumpkin Farm, a veritable theme park in Junction/Fruita. ⁣

We hiked, climbed, bouldered, scrambled, jumped for hours on the “blue bladders” at the pumpkin farm, ate endless bags of kettle corn, and ended the weekend with a hot springs trip to cap off an amazing weekend. ⁣

On the snowy drive home I cried. ⁣

“Mommy, are those happy tears?”⁣
⁣
“Yes, happy and sad. I will miss you so much when you’re at dad’s next week.”⁣

I would absolutely not do this route without a fairly seasoned climber to join you. ⁣

All the guide books said that the pitches were 5-8 routes…⁣

The rock is very dirty and slippery. ⁣
⁣
There is a lot of twisting and maneuvering through cracks with your entire body and much more overhanging than I thought in parts. ⁣Felt like a tougher 5-8 than when you’re only 25m high 😂
⁣
Our 60 m rope didn’t make it through the last rappel… Which we had anticipated… But we ended up creating a little belay station and scrambling carefully down the last 15 or so meters. ⁣

Scary, exhilarating day. ⁣
⁣
I’m so honestly proud of myself but without I would never have made it through that fifth pitch panic attack. ⁣
⁣
The fourth pitch was a fairly simple face climb so I got cocky. Man that last pitch was killer. ⁣
⁣

With a 60 m rope I think we did the entire ascent in five pitches. The fourth was very short. We could have technically done it in four pitches. ⁣

I dragged my little guy on a hike this weekend but made it up to him with many hours of playdates, disc golf, and evening walks under the full moon. 🌝 ⁣

I know a lot of people who made it a full-time job to read the news, watch podcasts, follow influential voices since 2020. ⁣
⁣
Some of them may even consider themselves to be awakened. ⁣
⁣
𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝.⁣

In 2016 I had a one-year-old child and I started a new business from a tiny apartment where my son and I lived. We had no money. I had no family nor childcare. ⁣

In 2017 I built another business that was an entrepreneurship and confidence course that I sold for up to $1000 to mothers who felt stuck. No complaints. No refunds. ⁣
⁣
𝘐 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘴𝘶𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘳. 𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩𝘴. ⁣
𝘐 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺. ⁣

I got my year off on the right foot. I’ve been hauling a** since the clock struck 12 in 1.1.2022 and I haven’t stopped nor looked back. ⁣

😭 Sometimes I put in 100 hour weeks. ⁣
⁣
Sometimes I sleep 10 hours a night for seven days straight. ⁣
⁣
😭 Periodically I do burn out… which I’m not proud of. ⁣
⁣

One of my beautiful colleagues on a project I’m working on exited our call yesterday evening asking me to promise that I would get some sun today- in the middle of writing a 60,000 word book in just three weeks 🤯. ⁣⁣⁣

I promised. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
And I thanked God to be working with such heart centered healers dedicated to elevating world consciousness. ⁣⁣⁣

I’m not sure whether to make my travel plans for the month around trips my son and I want to take…⁣

… or wait to see what happens with several people I know whose lives are on the line right now.⁣

Three people I care about are on the razor’s edge between life and death. ⁣

One of these beautiful souls mentored me in entrepreneurship over endless plates of pasta and Chianti. ⁣

A brilliant engineer and businessman, he grew up with nothing, cultivated his talents, retired at 45 years old, and hasn’t had to work in over 40 years.⁣

Another soul slipping toward eternity has mentored me from afar, and I’ve learned from him how to be courageous, how to surrender, and how to prepare for my own encounter with the Creator. ⁣
⁣
A sort of mantra I have adopted over last six months is this: “I was born for this.”⁣
⁣
I’m not a victim of the myriad trying circumstances in my life. ⁣
⁣
I am Chosen. ⁣
⁣
I 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨 work damn hard creating and publishing books that elevate world consciousness. ⁣
⁣
I 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨 fight for the children with every spare dollar I earn. ⁣
⁣
I 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨 make my life impactful right in this very moment. ⁣
⁣
I 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨 fuel my mission with my free time, devoting myself to what is meaningful (even when it is not always expedient) (.b.peterson ).⁣
⁣
The truth is that some tragedy may take me out before any of these three people I am watching die. ⁣
⁣
I watch as each weighs their triumphs as well as their regrets. ⁣
⁣
I paused each night this week and thanked God for the absolute hell of the last 19 months that I have been embroiled in legal battles with a party who hopes to hurt me by using my child as a pawn. ⁣
⁣
It is on the back of this very difficult life I have been living that I got here.⁣
⁣
And I love this present moment like it’s my last. ⁣
⁣

This morning I spent an hour with a hero. ⁣
⁣
Although I called my dad and my grandpa today and wished the fathers in my life lots of love… ⁣
⁣
My focus today is on a man who is responsible for saving millions of lives across the world. ⁣
⁣
𝐀 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫. A visionary. A dissident. 𝐀 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐨𝐝’𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐲. ⁣

A man who says plainly: “𝘐 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘺𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘥 𝘮𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘐 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴… 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘪𝘵 𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦. 𝘐𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘦. 𝘐𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘋𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦.”⁣

Funny enough, although it’s the most humbling and tremendous honor of my career… I don’t feel safe posting about the work we are doing on social media yet. ⁣
⁣
𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘶𝘱 𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵, 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘩𝘪𝘮? ⁣
⁣
I don’t think that’s what I’m worried about. At all. ⁣
⁣
I already know that I’m a soldier. I’ve accepted that… my life is temporary. I’m not afraid of much anymore.⁣
⁣
What paralyzes me is how humbled I am. ⁣
⁣
Just having my name on this project somehow implies that I get credit for something I don’t deserve. ⁣
⁣
I’m just listening.. and this beautiful, humbled paralysis I actually relish. It’s delicious. ⁣
⁣
I love how with age comes humility, honesty, and even integrity. At least for me! 😅⁣
⁣
I’m just a witness to an extraordinary person who is definitely going to win a Nobel peace prize in the near future. ⁣
⁣
The deep state is scared. They are writhing and wiggling and fighting for their last breath. ⁣
⁣
⁣
But we’ve already won… ⁣
⁣
I have an infinitesimal, tiny part in publishing the account of a man who witnessed the greatest crime in the history of humanity from the front row…. from behind the curtain…⁣

In a book that will be an inspiration to a world that is awakening, and also dying…⁣
⁣
I will never forget this Father’s Day. ⁣
⁣
The only word that comes to me is this: humbled. ⁣
