Water sustains life and cleanses our bodies and environment.

Throughout human history, water has been used both Practically and Symbolically.
As our bodies are roughly 70% water it is vital that we stay hydrated.
The "oil" of life, our biological body requires continuous replenishment of this precious fluid.
Becoming dehydrated literally shrinks our cells and reduces our ability to both recognise and transmute the various forms of energy that we come into contact with.

Water absorbs and removes toxins from our bodies - carrying away that which is no longer needed
It balances and opens up the Mind - Soul connection.

This is where it is also used symbolically in ceremonies, throughout ancient philosophies and religions.
It marks change and a conscious choice to flow into a sacred space, the place where the soul can begin and maintain the healing process.
Water holds the power of reflection, a bringer of divine wisdom.
A medium to transcend the "earthly condition", water is used to bless and refresh.

The flow and movement of water is a great physical representation for us all of the movement of energy.
When you flow with energy it carries you to where you're meant to be, as tides carry nutrients to plant and animal life across the planet.

The moment you "feel" thirsty, you have already entered a state of dehydration.
Start to take notice of how you feel before and after consuming water -
