Food truck in San Jose looking Cook

(MONDAY -FRIDAY )EVENING SHIFT

Responsibilities:

- perform day-to-day Food Truck operations and procedures.

-Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies.

-Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.

-Cooks food items by frying , and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.

-Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage

-Clean and sanitizes cooking surfaces and rest of food truck

Education and experience

High school diploma or GED (Preferred)

Experience with various cooking methods and procedures

Familiar with industry best practices

Ability to lift, up to 40lbs

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
