A nationwide Multiple Listing Service (MLS) outage, the service used by Realtors to share listings, has affected the Cincinnati housing market. As a result, listing information cannot be input, updated, or syndicated (shared on local/national real estate websites) via the CincyMLS system. This outage has affected the Ohio and Indiana markets. The Northern Kentucky market has not been affected and continues to operate normally.
HUFF Realty and other local brokerages have devised a provisional remedy to address this matter. As a result, all HUFF Realty Ohio listings, and other brokers' Ohio listings, are available on our website, https://www.huff.com/.
Our agents are ready to continue to support and assist buyers and sellers during this time. If you have any questions about the MLS outage or the latest information on available homes for sale, reach out to your HUFF agent.
The Greater Cincinnati real estate industry has a strong tradition of collaboration. Despite this setback, we will continue to work together to service the real estate needs of our community. 🏡❤
