Had the most delightful final walkthrough on Saturday. Seller’s greeted me and my buyers with a glass of wine at the door, and the incredible arrived with champagne and hugs. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us. I am very excited to be teaching a homebuyer's class for the City of Pleasanton's Adult Education Department. I have crafted this class to give local Tri-Valley buyers the edge by offering inventory data analysis, overview of the purchase agreement, and ways to strengthen their offer in this very competitive, low-inventory, high interest rate market.
