Does it seem like everyone is moving right now to you? 🏡 Well, here are a few reasons why they might be packing up...

1. They want a better education for their kids. Moving to a different school district can open a lot of doors, so this is a big motivator for a lot of people.

2. They want an updated kitchen. We all know how big of a difference a kitchen can make in your life. Sometimes, it’s easier to move than it is to remodel your own kitchen.

3. They want to downsize. Whether they’re embracing that tiny house lifestyle or just want less house to deal with after becoming empty nesters, people regularly move to downsize.

4. They want to be closer to family. This is a big one, especially for families with young children or couples just about to start a family. There’s something about always having a built-in babysitter that makes moving so worth it.

5. They want more bedrooms. With working from home and those adorable pandemic babies, lots of people are feeling the need for more bedrooms and space for their lives.
