Lady Tigers won against Edison tonight 10-0 in 5 innings! Tigers also welcome Dugout Day winners: Malaena Mullins, Zoey Kudrin and Skylar Brennan. Lady Tigers are back for their final SBC matchup Friday at Vermilion. Go Tigers! 🥎

Lady Tigers won against Port Clinton tonight 12-1 in 7 innings! Tigers are back for another conference showdown tomorrow v. Edison at home @ 4:45pm. Come support your Lady Tigers! 🥎

Lady Tigers won against Willard tonight 9-0. Tigers are back tomorrow with another SBC matchup at Port Clinton. 🥎

Lady Tigers ended the week falling to Margaretta on Thursday and winning against St. Paul on Friday. Lady Tigers’ seniors were also celebrated during Friday’s game! 🥎

Tigers welcome Reese Folger and Makenna Klinger into the dugout Thursday, and Chloe Sherman into the dugout on Friday! 🐯

Let’s hear it for our fifth✨Senior Spotlight!✨ Jayci Schmidt! Jayci is the daughter of Jude Schmidt and Kristy Kaufman. She has been playing softball for 11 years. 🥎 Jayci’s favorite softball memory is when Huron won Districts in 2023 against Margaretta. In the fall, Jayci plans to attend Bowling Green State University to major in Early Childhood Education. 🍎 Jayci would like to thank her dad, Coach Jude, for ”all the time you’ve put into my softball career, even though half of it was spent either shaking your head at us and yelling at me, I still love you! Thank you for always being there no matter what and pushing me to be the best even when you have me pitching and call a change-up. You will always be the best coach that I could ask for. Thank you Dad!” Jayci’s advice to her teammates is to play each game like it’s your last, listen to your upperclassman, they have been through it before and know what they’re talking about. Thank you for making the seasons fun one, keep working hard! 🌟 Join us in celebrating Jayci Schmidt!

Let’s hear it for our fourth✨Senior Spotlight!✨ Emmah Shaw! Emmah is the daughter of Rob and Chris Shaw. Not only does Emmah love softball, she enjoys playing basketball, soccer, and running track. 🥎🏀⚽️🏃🏻‍♀️ Emmah’s favorite softball memory is when Huron beat Margaretta to be District Champs. In the fall, Emmah plans to attend Bowling Green State University to major in Business. 📋 Emmah is looking forward to starting the next chapter of her life. Emmah believes the sky is the limit, with hard work and a positive outlook on life. Join us in celebrating Emmah Shaw! 🌟

Let’s hear it for our third✨Senior Spotlight!✨ Annabelle Herzog! Annabelle is the daughter of Tim and Melissa Herzog. She has been playing softball since she was 8 years old. 🥎 Annabelle’s favorite softball memory is when Huron won Districts in 2023 against Margaretta. In the fall, Annabelle plans to attend The University of Akron to major in Criminology. 🦘Annabelle also plans to enlist in the Ohio Air Force National Guard. ✈️ Annabelle would like to thank Coach Jude for ”making softball more than just a sport. I would not be where I am without you.” Annabelle’s advice to her teammates is to not swing at the fences; home runs happen by accident. 💪🏻 Join us in celebrating Annabelle Herzog!

Let’s hear it for our second✨Senior Spotlight!✨ Lauren Wainwright! Lauren is the daughter of Scott and Shana Wainwright. She has been playing softball for 10 years. 🥎 Lauren’s favorite softball memory is when Huron won districts last year. In the fall, Lauren plans to attend Indiana University to major in Media with a focus in Sports Media. 📺🎤 Lauren would like to thank Coach Jude for ”pushing me all these years to be the best player I can be. Even though you put be on the B Team. I am still thankful for everything you’ve done for me.” Lauren’s advice to her teammates is to not take high school for granted, as it goes by in the blink of an eye, and to always stay confident and make sure to have fun! 🎉 Join us in celebrating Lauren Wainwright!

Let’s hear it for our first✨Senior Spotlight!✨ Lanee Orzech! Lanee is the daughter of Nate and Nell Orzech. She has been playing softball since she was 3 years old. 🥎 Lanee’s favorite softball memory is when Huron won districts and when “Coach Rick would bark after a good play.” In the fall, Lanee plans to attend Cleveland State University to major in Education. 👩🏻‍🏫 Lanee would like to thank Coach Jude for ”giving me the confidence to never stop swinging.” Lanee’s advice to her teammates is to smile always and to support your teammates no matter what. 🌟 Join us in celebrating Lanee Orzech!

Lady Tiger fell to Madison Comprehensive tonight 3-1. Lady Tigers JV won against Madison Comprehensive 2-0. 🥎

Lady Tigers won against Edison tonight 7-3. Lady Tigers JV also won against Edison tonight 10-4. Tigers are back with another conference matchup Wednesday at Margaretta. Go Tigers! 🥎

Lady Tigers fell to Independence today in both games of the double header; 9-5 and 4-3. We welcomed a number of dugout day and lunch with the lady tigers winners, however! We hope you enjoyed yourselves: Scarlet, Allis, Helen, Mackenzie, Kyleigh, Havana, Anna, Emerson and Kerrigan!

Lady Tigers swept the double header today v. Sandusky; 10-0 and 16-4! 🥎 We also welcomed a number of Dugout Day winners including: Kasey, Amiah, Evelyn, Makenna, Tessa and Brailee. Go Tigers! 🥎

Last day of biddy clinic was a success! Biddy Lady Tigers learned all about the fundamentals of softball the last 4 weeks. All of their skills were put to practice in a mock game this past Sunday! Go Tigers! 🥎
