Welcome To My Essential Oil Page. I love to share my tips and ideas for a healthier you and for working toward a chemical-free home. I use essential oils whenever I can to limit using products that are not safe for my family or our pets that we use every day without thinking about the consequences.

I have bottles of individual oils available on my DoTerra website (shop button above) but also mix special combinations of oils to help with management of specific issues. I am constantly creating Potions by request and for my family and will also create Potions for specific issues, and also by request. Check out the items I have concocted from cold/flu defense, energy blends, cleaning products & air fresheners to sassy slim lip gloss and aphrodisiac massage oils! I mainly focus on helping what hurts. My sinus and sinus headache potion may help relieve pain, pressure and stuffy nose. I have clients who love this potion as it was the only thing to bring relief.
