Want an interesting relish to go with your red meat like steak or lamb chops?? Try this delicious Onion Mint Relish! I’m sure you will love it and it will become your staple relish for all times :)
* 1 Large Onion
* 1 bunch fresh Mint Leaves
* 2 tbsp White Vinegar
* 2 to 3 tbsp Sugar
* salt to taste
In a pan heat about 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add the onions and salt. Sweat the onions until translucent. Add the vinegar and sugar. Continue until the liquid has almost evaporated and the mixture looks sticky. Add the chopped mint leaves and mix well. Your sauce is ready. Adjust salt and sugar if necessary.

1 cucumber - peel the skin using the serrated edge of the peeler
Slice the cucumber into 1/4” thick discs
In a bowl, mix some 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp of chopped dill leaves, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, sugar and salt to taste. Mix well.
Put the Greek yogurt mixture into a piping bag and pipe out the Greek yogurt onto the discs.
Sprinkle with some coarse salt and smoked paprika mix.
