Quick floor repair and another happy customer! This customers house had settled a lot and on top of that had an unknown leak for years causing a lot of issues. We came in took both layers of subfloor up and did some additional repairs underneath to better support the weight of the water heater and washer and dryer. We then put 2 new layers of subfloor back down and glue down laminate tiles as well as some new trim.

Quick fence repair, this customer previously had this fence installed years ago,however the post were only 2 to 3 inches into the ground, they were rotting away and falling over. We removed the 2 problematic posts, dug to 20 inches and used fast 2k to set the new post. While we were there the customer also requested that we repair the gate , install some new hinges and replace a deck board on their porch which we quickly got taken care of for them! This customer had storm damage on her roof ( which insurance was able to cover ) instead of what she had she decided to go with a metal roof. We were also able to repair water damage on the ceiling of her bathroom and got the walls painted and looking good again! Probably last post for fire restoration in Harrodsburg. We have encountered a lot of set backs we are still waiting on countertops and carpet and a few other things, customer decided to paint everything herself so there’s not much left for us other then to button up a few things. This older house had plaster on all its walls and ceilings and the entire 2nd floor was crumbling apart . We came in with Sheetrock for the ceilings and repaired all cracks / imperfections in the plaster on the walls , repaired cracks in trim , painted all trim , doors , walls, and ceilings and got it looking great! Truss repair at fire restoration project! All these repairs were submitted to inspector and reviewed and approved by inspector. Due to the damages truss’s the ceiling joist had pulled down roughly 10 inches causing the ceiling to not be level . Previous contractor threw sheet rock up and it looked horrible so we’ve done it the right way and client is pleased. Stay tuned to see more updates on this project !

Another happy customer ! This customer wanted a wall covered in stone . The wall is 34 fr wide x 29ft tall! We ripped out all the Sheetrock , installed cement board , and installed the stone on the wall . We also raised the outlet , and installed brackets to mount floating shelf !
